Words aren’t just enough to describe our heartfelt stay at Sol Banyan/Tisya stays. Everything was beyond perfect including the property cleanliness, amenities and ambience. There is a different vibe to this place, just exactly what we wanted in this vacation. I would like to particularly thank Nishant for providing early check-in upon request and being so hospitable. A cute and cosy space. Compact and had everything required. The only thing that could have been better was a bigger geyser, but all amenities provided as mentioned. A few hiccups in the beginning were quickly solved and we had a peaceful stay.

The house was beautiful, clean and tastefully done. It was very peaceful and the staff was extremely polite and helpful. We did have trouble finding the place and the roads weren't fully built but once you get there, it's a lovely place. Matches the photos. Found everything we needed in the house and the shower was the best part! The property is elegant and the pool is good. Unfortunately, the hot tub didn't seem operational. The check in and check out process was extremely smooth, I did find it odd though that we were asked to pay INR 150 for one broken drinking glass, never faced this before at any of our previous stays. Apart from this, great place and we all enjoyed the stay!

I stayed at Comfort Quarters for 5 days.. it's a great place to stay.. beautiful surroundings, quite private but easily accessible highway too. The place has all amenities that are mentioned. cool place, I recommend it.

We had a truly wonderful stay! The hosts were incredibly warm and thoughtful — not only did they offer excellent recommendations, but they also genuinely cared about our experience and engaged with us enthusiastically. It really made us feel like we were part of something special, not just guests passing through. The home was easy to find and located in a fantastic, peaceful neighborhood surrounded by trees. Inside, everything was beautifully set up with a clear understanding of a traveler’s needs. The kitchen and fridge were thoughtfully stocked, which made it so comfortable that we actually found ourselves cooking and enjoying most of our meals right there at the Airbnb. Overall, the combination of great hospitality, a lovely setting, and such a well-prepared space made this stay truly memorable. Would absolutely recommend!

We recently stayed here from 27 - 29March 25 and it was excellent place with all amenities, beautiful furniture, fully working kitchen and very convenient location with all things nearby.Really loved the stay and felt like home. Also the Housekeeping staff Krishna and Team were very professional in their work and cleaning is provided daily which adds to comfort and cleanliness. Would definitely recommend to others hunting for similar taste and requirements. Thanks.

The stay was beautiful and matched the description exactly. We stayed as a group of 9 people but the villa can accommodate 12 people very easily. The pool was also big and clean and was sufficient for us to hang and enjoy. The breakfast was also included in the stay and it was delicious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our host also helped us with early checkin which was very considerate. The location of the property was so good that everything that you would wish to do in north Goa is literally 4-5 kms maximum. The beach is literally at a walking distance and all the good cafés and clubs are 7-8 minutes away. Overall a great place and would highly recommend it.

Amazing stay

Ritvik is a great host. The place was well kept and everything was functioning well. The help at the property were always there, served us well and kept the place clean at all times. Thank you for an easy stay at a villa located very well around some of the great restaurants.

Raavi's villa in Assagao is a hidden gem in the heart of Assagao, Goa. A very tastefully restored and designed Portuguese villa nestled in the wilderness of Goa. The villa is fully equipped with everything one needs to have a comfortable and enjoyable holiday. The caretaker also prepared us breakfast every morning and was always available at our disposal. Raavi is super responsive and attentive to guests and we feel lucky to have had the privilege of having lived in the house and being hosted by Raavi and his wonderful on ground team. we definitely intend to come back soon.

This accommodation exceeded expectations. It was very clean, tidy and very well equipped. Inside and outside it was just incredibly beautiful. I cant really say much about the touristy things in this area as I was visiting during monsoon season but there is a fantastic restaurant just a few minutes by foot down the road. Communication was always easy and fast and the information provided beforehand included everything you needed to know. As this was my first visit to India I really would like to thank the family taking care of the place: They helped and supported me whenever I struggled. I got to experience real Goan hospitality which made an AirBnb feel like a home. This made my stay very special and unforgettable. Strongly recommend this place and will definitely be back!

Staying at Jyoti’s place was a wonderful experience. Unlike many hosts who go quiet after booking, Jyoti stayed in regular communication and was always helpful. I was traveling alone and this place was perfect to relax and get some work done at the same time. it looked exactly as it did in the photos, with the locality nested within a peaceful and serene housing society. I really enjoyed my stay and look forward to coming back in the future.

I stayed only for a day and was mostly busy but was a very comfortable stay. Very smooth checkin. Good kitchen. Beautifully decorated property and good vibes. I would like to visit again but for a longer stay.
