Located in a quiet aria of Ranca, on Transalpina, 200 m from ski slope with chairlift Papusa, this luxury villa provides large spaces to spend time together and free private parking. There is a dining area and a kitchen. A big flat-screen TV is offered in a large living-room . Other facilities include a barbecue and a close terrace for smoking. Note : We have now 7 en suites bedrooms. We have capacity of 14 adult and 6 children, total 20 people. For New Year minim reservation is for 4 days.

The property has an area of 5200 sqm, has a gazebo, barbecue place, fireplace, free wi-fi, parking, fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, washing machine and playground for children. Being a modest holiday home, it has no bathroom in the room. It is rented exclusively.
