Apartments with a nice pleasant interior. The apartments have everything for a comfortable stay, a lot of cooking utensils, as well as a large number of various dishes. The apartments themselves are small, but comfortable enough for two people. A large comfortable bed, a quiet area, while the road to the centre takes 20 minutes, taking into account the walking time to the station. In general, I can recommend.

Die Wohnung liegt in einer sehr schönen Gegend und ist wirklich wunderschön (genau wie auf den Fotos), sauber, riecht toll und hat alles da was man benötigt. Parken ist direkt an der Straße vor dem Haus mit etwas Glück möglich, aber dafür auch preislich wirklich okay! Auch nochmal ein riesiges Danke an Ellen für die schöne Vorbereitung der Wohnung, die einfache Übergabe und die tollen Empfehlungen. Würden jederzeit wieder kommen! ☺️❤️

It was truly a wonderful stay at an exceptional home hosted by an exceptional host. The surrounding view was absolutely stunning, and the neighborhood was so peaceful — it was the perfect place to relax and unwind. There was nothing lacking, and everything exceeded our expectations. It’s definitely a place we would love to return to in the future. We were especially touched by Benjamin’s thoughtfulness and hospitality. Thank you so much again!

Daniela’s place is quiet and peaceful. I slept really well in the comfortable bed! It’s a basement apartment, so it stays quite dark during the day. No big deal though, since I didn’t spend much daytime there. I had a car and parking was never an issue. The place is also really close to Stuttgart, either by car or public transportation.

Ich war mit meiner Tochter (13) für ein paar Tage in Stuttgart um die Wilhelma und das Musical „Tarzan“ zu besuchen. Die Schlüsselübergabe funktionierte super, durch die vielen realistischen Fotos im Inserat sind wir gleich gut angekommen und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Durch die vielen Kunstgegenstände in der Wohnung und die schöne Einrichtung entsteht ein tolles Ambiente, ist aber für kleinere Kinder nicht geeignet. Wir liebten den Schaukelsessel, den Balkon und das Stadtgewusel direkt vor der Tür. Die Wohnung ist bei geschlossenen Fenstern wunderbar ruhig und kann durch die Rollläden im Sommer gut kühl gehalten werden. Die hochwertige Küche haben wir nicht wirklich genutzt, diese ist aber super ausgestattet. Die zentrale Lage war perfekt, um unsere Ziele schnell und unkompliziert mit der Stadtbahn oder fussläufig zu erreichen. Stefan kommunizierte ausführlich und gut, so dass es keine offenen Fragen gab. Insgesamt wirklich zu empfehlen!

We stayed at Adrian’s place for a stopover of two night’s. We enjoyed our stay, so much so that we booked another night for our return journey. The place is new, modern en very comfortable. There is an excellent bakery within walking distance. We encountered a small problem during our second stay, Adrian responded very quickly and took care of the situation in a very appropriate way. We would defiantly recommend staying at this place.

This apartment is fantastic! It has everything I needed for a week in Stuttgart. A fully-equipped kitchen (with dishwasher!), peaceful outdoor seating area, separate bedroom and access to a washer AND dryer, the latter of which is rare in my European Airbnb experience. You can walk to the U-Bahn in under 5 minutes, and be at the main train station or the airport in 20-30 minutes. There is a large supermarket maybe 5 minutes away by foot. Parking on the street is not too difficult if you have a car, which I did for part of my stay. Almut is a great host. I would definitely stay here again.

Wir waren für zwei Nächte bei Serdar zu Gast. Der Kontakt verlief freundlich und reibungslos. Die Wohnung bietet alles was man braucht, und das Bett und das Sofa waren sehr bequemen. In der Küche haben wir auch alles notwendige gefunden um zu kochen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen. Danke für alles. 😊

L’appartamento è nuovissimo, pulito e estremamente accogliente. Non manca nulla di quello che può servire, compresi tutti gli accessori per i bambini. Ho apprezzato la cura nei dettagli. La posizione è ottima in un quartiere tranquillo e con tutto quel che serve nelle vicinanze.

Hat alles prima geklappt. Schöne Wohnung in toller Lage. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Tolle Unterkunft, tolle Gastgeber. Es war einfach perfekt für unsere Zwecke, alle haben sich sofort wohlgefühlt und konnten die Zeit zusammen genießen. Lage ist top, ruhig, aber gut erreichbar mit der Stadtbahn. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar. Grundausstattung im Haus ist umfangreich, aber nicht überladen. Alles aufgeräumt und sauber. Immer wieder gerne.

Dani was awesome. Walking us through the check in on the phone. Great location close to public transportation. Despite the heat the apartment remained cool. Had a wonderful stay.

We had a pleasant stay at Sonnehaus Apartment. Alexander is an excellent host, super responsive to our needs and very welcoming. The apartment was very cozy, tidy and clean in a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we would need. We were surprisingly happy to find a rice cooker. Having a washer and dryer right inside the apartment is a plus. We really enjoyed our time and would love to stay again if we return to the area. Highly recommend. Thank you Alexander!

Wunderschöne große und sehr saubere Wohnung mit gemütlichem Balkon. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist super und es gibt nichts, was wir vermisst haben. Das Badezimmer ist besonders einladend mit tollem Duschbereich und die Betten sind sehr bequem. Selbst eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden. Besonders nett war eine kleine Ankommensüberraschung im Kühlschrank. Wir haben uns rundum sehr wohlgefühlt. Besonders angenehm war auch der große Tiefgaragenparkplatz, der selbst für ungeübte Einparker gut geeignet ist. Sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt in der Nähe. Perfekte Lage für unseren Musicalbesuch im Stage Palladium Theater, da es in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar ist. Sehr netter Gastgeber, der immer sofort geantwortet hat. Wir würden die Wohnung immer wieder wählen.

Alles war super! Die Unterkunft war sehr schön, sauber und genau wie beschrieben. Ich habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt – gerne wieder!

Great place, has everything you might need and then some. Lots of details that make one feel welcome. However, you probably need a car, especially if you're with small kids. Another thing to note is that the bunk beds are actually children's beds so take that into consideration. The top bunk is max 70 kilos and for age 7+. The space between the top and the bottom bunk is also very narrow. Overall, these beds are not ideal for adults.

Sandra was a super friendly, responsive and helpful host and really made our stay a special one. Her place was extremely clean and thoughtfully set up - she told us she stays in many Airbnbs and has used her experience to ensure she provides all the bits and pieces that are sometimes missing at other places, and really make a difference to how good a stay is We were very comfortable there, and had everything we needed. The hot tub (warmed up in advance for us) was a wonderful bonus Thank you Sandra, we would definitely stay again if we find ourselves in the area

Selten so unfassbar liebe Gastgeber gehabt! Die Wohnung war blitzblank, wunderschön und sehr gut ausgestattet - alles was man braucht war da, aber kein unnötiger Kram. Der Whirlpool war natürlich ein großes Highlight zum Entspannen! Nur zu empfehlen!

Wir haben uns bei Angelika und Patrick sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten eine schöne Auszeit in ihrer fantastischen Badausstellung. Durch die tolle Lage konnten wir eine schöne neue Gegend erkunden, für die Fenster hätten wir uns nur Fliegengitter gewünscht damit man Abends einmal durchlüftet kann, sonst kommen wir gerne wieder.
