This small, private Swiss chalet is cozy comfortable retreat for one or two persons. The balcony offers a magnificent view of the Rhone Valley and Swiss Alps of Valais. Ideal for nature-lovers or those who simply want to just get away to relax and breathe in the Swiss mountain air. The chalet acts a point of depart for mountain walks or hikes, bike riding, snowshoeing or even cross country skiing in the winter time. Ski slopes and thermal baths can be reached in around 30 minutes by car.

Die heimelig möblierte 2-Zimmerwohnung ist im Parterre mit direktem Zugang zum eigenen Garten-Sitzplatz mit Grill. Hier haben sie eine prächtige Aussicht auf die Berge. Dans un petit immeuble contemporain, perché sur les hauteurs de Montreux (quartier de Territet), une dizaine de minutes à pied des transports (bus, gare et embarcadère) , appartement de 80 M2, 2 pieces et demi ( chambre, grand séjour et cuisine integrée), orientation sud-ouest face au lac du Léman. Accessible aux personnes à mobilité réduite ( ascenseur) avec un parking privatif à disposition. L’appartement ainsi que la terrasse sont non fumeur.

Appartement équipé pour 2 personnes dans une ancienne maison avec seulement 4 logements. L'appartement est idéalement situé: proche de la piscine, de la remontée du Torrent et des ballades. Sur réservation un bain finlandais est à disposition gratuitement: vous devez juste vous munir du bois ou en acheter à la Migros et il faudra compter environ 3h en été 4 à 5h en hiver pour l'amener à bonne température.
