This typical fisherman's house, with 30m2, was rehabilitated in 2017, and now have: - Kitchen equipped with dishwasher, clothes and refrigerator, dining table and 2 chairs. - Living room with a comfortable sofa, TV, WI-FI. - WC with shower. - Mezzanine, with a access staircase, with double bed (160cmx180cm), writing desk and a charriot. Guests can access all areas except the storage area. Usually we will be present at the entrance and exit and available for any unforeseen situation. Stroll down to the water just a few steps away at the end of the road. Venture out and explore the neighbourhood filled with quaint houses, lovely restaurants, grocery stores, and coffee shops. Preferably walk as it your in the center of the village of Alcochete. Smoking is not allowed, nor bring pets. No parties or events allowed Children up to 1 year old for safety reasons, since there are no gates or doors on the stairs between the mezzanine / bedroom and the ground floor.

Studio open space with an independent entrance integrated in a house of contemporary architecture, where we live, next to a ruin of an old mill. Fantastic view of the countryside. Small, rustic Alentejo house, renovated, with the essential comforts to enjoy the tranquility of the countryside, but also close to the immensity of the sea. Private, fenced space, with 2 houses nearby, belonging to the owner, with little movement and absolute discretion. It has a barbecue and a covered space for outdoor dining. Access: 2.5 km from the village of Melides, where you can buy all the necessary consumer goods at the Market and Minimarkets, as well as shops, cafes and restaurants.
