Apartment holiday rentals in Valencian Community

Sandra was a wonderful host, from start to finish. The apartment was better than described in a great location and all within walking distance to Calp area. The view from the apartment overlooking the sea and Ifach was superb! Very clean and would certainly use this apartment again if in the Calpe region again. Thanks Sandra!

This apartment was in a great location to visit different areas of the city. The furtherest we had to travel was 30 minutes on a (air-conditioned) bus to the beach. A taxi would have been much quicker but we enjoyed the public transport. Main city was a 15 minute walk away. The apartment was exactly as described and perfect for what we needed. At one point I accidentally entered the wrong code in to the apartment access panel and was unable to get in. I immediately messaged the hosts and got a reply in less than a minute. They reset the lock so that I could enter straight away. I was very impressed at their speedy response. Would highly recommend this apartment and hosts

A great small apartment but very well equipped. The contacts, from start to finish were perfect and the welcome very friendly. Mutual trust worthy of mention. The location is very quiet, so is the building. The ability to park in the garage is a huge plus. Tram station a 5-minute walk away. I spent about ten days and restful nights. I would definitely recommend this place for a single person or a couple. There is everything you need to feel at home.

Had a fantastic stay in Inge’s apartment. Inge met us for check in and showed us around. The view from the lounge and balcony is amazing! Very comfortable beds and a well equipped kitchen. Would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment.

A very nice, very well equipped apartment right in the heart of Valencia. Really helpful hosts. Street is quite noisy in the evenings but the bedroom is at the back so that wasn't a big issue for us. Nice balcony at the front overlooking the bustling street, just big enough to have breakfast on. Overall, a great flat and great hosts.

The location is ideal for someone who wants to visit the center of Valencia. The house is good for staying. Tana is very customer experienced and supportive to his customers. Whatever I wanted Tana threated extremely well and I really appreciated that. For me that's the most important.

We had a great stay at this apartment. The location is very convenient—just a 10-minute walk from most main spots in the city, which made getting around really easy. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including kitchen basics and bathroom essentials. Communication with the host was excellent—very responsive and helpful throughout. Overall, a smooth and pleasant experience. Would definitely recommend for a short or longer stay.

We had a lovely stay at Jose's apartment. It looked exactly like the pictures! We especially made use of the balcony. It was a manageable walking distance from both the city center and the train and metro stations. We enjoyed the large Tuesday morning pop-up market right in front of and in the blocks surrounding the apartment. It was clean, comfortable, quiet, and a great base for our time in Valencia!

Silvia's place was top class, everything was perfect and exactly as described. The terrace was even bigger than it appeared in the photos. It's a great place to relax and unwind. An excellent luxury apartment, super comfortable, spacious, very beautiful decoration and with an exemplary view. It has everything, it is very well equipped and it is super comfortable and quiet. The truth is that this place is one of the best experiences..... the people who welcomed my group and me, super good, kind people and above all very attentive to always respond to what we needed. Finally, it is great, it deserves a 1000 out of 10

I would highly recommend staying at Franks Beautiful apartment. Franks communication was brilliant and his apartment was even more beautiful in person. It over looks the beach, near lovely restaurants and bars and only a 5-10mins walk to the beach. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a pleasant stay at Adrian's apartment. Everything looked like in the pictures - the flat is pretty spacious with comfortable and stylish furniture. The neighborhood is really calm, which is a big plus, and is very near to the city centre and all the places you would like to visit are just several minutes walk. We had a great communication with Adrian and he was very helpful with everything that we needed. We really enjoyed our stay and I would definitely book this place again if I would go to Valencia in the future. All in all we had a very nice experience!

Very handy for the airport. Peaceful. A few minutes drive to the local supermarkets. Has a terrace/balcony for sitting outside.
