Excellent space! We went to Laroc and it was 20 minutes from there to the apartment. High-quality location, super comfortable bed, incredible view! Thank you for the instructions and excellent communication! We will return more often for sure.

great place, clean and practical

I would like to thank Luiz for his hospitality, care, care and zeal for my stay. I really was able to feel at home throughout the 2 months I stayed at the place. The apartment was spotless when I arrived, Luiz made sure to even leave a song in the room to make the experience even more enjoyable. In addition, it had the proactivity of buying some basic foods for myself, since I would stay there for a few days. As for the location, the apartment is on a very commercial street, right in the center of Campinas, with everything close by. The boring one is just the number of homeless people at night, which was a little unpleasant. Another bit of a bit boring was the issue of the tub drain, which is in trouble and takes a while to get the water down. In short, it was an extremely positive experience and I highly recommend Luiz and the apartment!

Excellent stay, really to feel like you're in your own home. Advertisement faithful to what was offered. My biggest concern was about the pet, but it adapted very well. I will return when I have the opportunity.

We did not have any problems in our stay, however, the fds was very hot and only the fan that had available in the house did not take care, on the first day we had to sleep on the same fan and room even though we paid extra to comfortably accommodate another couple of friends… on the second day, João's mother promptly brought the second fan to ease the heat. I suggest taking yours from home for ease. In addition, everything was great, João's mother received us with great attention and always answered the messages promptly (including to solve the ventilator issue on the second day). The place is neat, well equipped and close to the laroc (club we went to party). In ckeckout time also no problem. I would definitely recommend and would be staying with João again. João kept contact with us before the checkin and we had no problem with the communication.

Third time on Hopi Hari and second time in the house, it has become our home of reference when we want to go to the park. In addition to near the park (about 20 minutes by car) is also close to the capital, just over 1 hour. There is a very good square in front of the condominium, with a football/basketball court, with a feirinha on Saturdays in the morning. The condominium is calm and safe. Near two pharmacies, markets and road. Sebastian like the other time we stayed was very kind and considerate, always responding quickly to communications. We only have compliments on hospitality! Great stay, were quiet days. The House has a good structure and for me it was very nasty to be in the condominium where I grew up. Great place to go with children. Beautiful view!

The site exactly matches the description, being easy to access and with amenities on all sides that it is possible to go on foot included. The very residential and cozy place with very well made decor, in addition to the impeccable cleaning of the whole property, in excellent condition - and it is a place that I recommend both for rest and for work equally.

Chayene's place was great! We spent 2 months there and were very comfortable. We cooked most nights but there are some great restaurants. There are a few walkable options for groceries. Every time we needed something Chayene was responsive and attentive. The neighborhood is good and safe and we felt secure in the building that has a 24 hour security guard who were all friendly. The place was a great value and we would definitely stay there again.

Hi, I would like to thank Prisciely for our stay. We stayed for a short time, but the quick return and your attention were very important. Very well-kept apartment, with a lot of care, well-equipped, modern, very clean, affectionate messages and very pleasant. The simple condominium in a building with several blocks and stairs but great access by app that we requested, especially for those who would like to stay near the airport. Only when we left, we were more attentive because there is no doorman and we were outside waiting for Uber and we did not know the area but Uber arrived soon.
