Very close to the Arab Baths and the Arch of Felipe V, must-sees for visitors. Former guardhouse of the Molino de Alarcón, refurbished and equipped for 6 guests. Very comfortable, bright and easily accessible. It has outdoor private parking for 4 vehicles. Two double bedrooms, one with a private bathroom, and a living room with a large sofa bed for two people. In addition to a separate full bathroom. It also has a work area, with a desk and chair.
