Brand new,recently restored 400yr old studio maisonette, situated in an alley in front of the Siege Bell War Memorial where one can enjoy picturesque views of the Grand Harbour. It's located 1 min away from the Lower Barrakka,The Mediterranean Conference Centre,The Malta Experience and the Historical site Fort St. Elmo. There is a bus stop just in front of the alley's exit and in a walking distance there is a ferry to the 3 cities.Quiet location only 5 mins away from bars, restaurants and shops.

Valletta house close to the sea

The house is located at the bottom end of Old Bakery Street and close to the main road circling Valletta. St Nickolas Street runs from one side of Valletta to the other. No 90 is close to the beach, 2 minutes . The house next door has scaffolding as it is being renovated internally so there might be some disturbance however work should not start before 9am and not on a Sunday . Valletta the Capital of Malta is a very busy city with workers and tourists visiting so could be noisy with traffic
