Peace, spacious garden around the house, a short walk away from the lake. The house is heated with stoves and there are even two masonry stoves on which to sit and warm up in winter :) The kitchen has both a fuel stove for cooking on live fire and a gas stove. Four rooms, 3 of which can be used as isolated bedrooms and the fourth is the central living room, where you can sit in a hammock and enjoy the view through the spacious window. Relax alone or with the whole family and pets in this peaceful country house.

The Green studio is 26 m2, on the 5th floor (no elevator) with a wide view to the Valmiera tree tops. A green island in the center of Valmiera! The apartment is 800 meters from the train station, 900 meters from the bus station and “Pauku pines”. There is a free parking in the yard. The Green studiot is in a minimalist style, but with everything you need for a longer stay. It's possible to accommodate an additional guest, as the Danish design - Innovation Living sofa is extendable.

The apartment is close to the city center and the bus station. 100 meters away there is also the Gauja River and walking/bicycle trails. Also nearby are the rocky Goat Falls and the Sensory Park, which are popular walking/relaxing areas. The grocery store is a 3-minute walk away, as well as a parking lot at the house itself. The building also has a courtyard and a garden with a shed and a campfire place that can be used in coordination with the hosts.

Krāģīši I- Quiet and Simple Countryside aura

Krāģīši is a unique family house. Built from wood and straw bales, it surprises and greets visitors with its special countryside aura. Originally the house was built for school purposes. At present a family with four children has settled here and offers guests a separate apartment with a bedroom, small guestroom with kichenette and private bathroom on the first floor.
