The apartment is 800 meters from the train station, 900 meters from the bus station and “Pauku pines”. There is a free parking in the yard. It's possible to accommodate an additional guest, as the Danish design - Innovation Living sofa is extendable.

Apartment is close to the city center and bus station. There is also a river Gauja and a walking/bike paths in 100 meters. Located just around the corner, there are rocky Parks and the Savory Park, popular places to walk/getaway. The grocery store is a 3 minutes walking distance and there is a parking lot just in front of the house itself. The building also has a yard and garden with knives and a fire pit where it can be used to coordinate with hosts.

At present a family with four children has settled here and offers guests a separate apartment with a bedroom, small guestroom with kichenette and private bathroom on the first floor.
