Holiday rentals with a patio in Valverde Province

An excellent space to rest and relax, as seen in the publication. The owner is always attentive to messages. I felt very good and safe, the place is extremely quiet and cozy.

Willians was an excellent host, very responsive, helpful and was quick to meet us for check in. The apartment was spotless when we arrived and looked even better than the photos in person! We had more than enough space and all the amenities were as promised. Would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the area!!

The apartment is decorated very beautiful and comfortable. Stephanie and the guy in charge were very attentive and made us feel comfortable. The only thing I would add to the listing would be details like more towels and at least coffee and/or water in the kitchen for guest suspicion.

The best Airbnb in Esperanza. The parking is secured, beautiful and modern kitchen, spacious closets + a smart TV with Netflix. This was a great location for us, since it was just 5 away from my mom's house. The host is very attentive & responsive.

Jimmy's place is located exactly where the pictures reflect it's location. It is directly in front of the popular tourist Puerto Plata sign, facing the ocean. I enjoyed the beautiful ocean views from the enclosed patio, which allowed us to people watch, as all the tourists, motorbikes and other pedestrian traffic travelled through. I felt very safe in the area, as it is near the cruise terminal, local police station, local tourist police, and plenty of cameras. It is within walking distance of their "downtown" area and umbrella street, the Fort, etc. Lots of history in the area. There are plenty of restaurants, local eateries, and a 'Walmart' type store called Sirena (you can buy groceries there as well) within walking distance. Jimmy was a gracious host, very responsive and helpful; providing recommendations to make our stay more comfortable. It was a very spacious apartment with secured entry into the building and into the apartment. At no time did our family feel uncomfortable.

I've stayed in a few places in Puerto Plata and James's place has moved right to the top of my list when staying on the north coast of DR. The apartment is very modern with all the comforts of being home, from the 75" tv's in each room, A.C's, king size "very comfortable" beds in both rooms, the separate wifi in each room, modern bathroom fixtures (excellent hot water and pressure) and full modern kitchen. The neighborhood is one of the most exclusive in the area and provides the level of security and comfort that well-traveled people expect. The apartment building is towards the top of the hill, so having a car is probably preferable but not absolutely necessary because of the numerous moto taxis in the area. Will definitely be looking to stay here in the future and would definitely not hesitate to recommend to family and friends.
