Elegant Private Basement Suite off Broadway

This modern basement suite has underfloor heating and a private entrance. We're less central than some places but our city neighbourhood is relatively quiet. Located along a bike route, we are near parks, 2-3 blocks from public transit, 20-30 minute walk to cafés, food, Main Street & Commercial Drive. While there is soundproofing in the suite, we have children and noise can often be heard through the ceiling. Note the suite is not zoned for cooking so there is no stove or hot plate available.

This is our home, we love it and we hope you will too! With floor to ceiling windows, our home is bright and airy and conveniently located beside the Chinatown-Stadium SkyTrain station. Walk outside and you are steps away from many of Vancouver's hot spots; the Sea Wall, False Creek, Roger's Arena, ChinaTown, GasTown, YaleTown, Parq Casino are all within walking distance! With plenty of retail shops, coffee spots, restaurants and bars nearby so you have plenty of options to treat yourself.
