Lucy was exactly as pictured and in amazing condition considering the age. It was so much fun staying here, whether walking through the neighborhood at the other gorgeous houses or hanging out on the couch. I would 100% stay here again.

Rudolph's place was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Lots of nice amenities in the kitchen, including coffee and creamer. The decor was very tasteful and nice. And the fenced backyard was a plus.

This property was a lovely home away from home. It was roomy, very nicely furnished with comfortable beds and upscale furniture. The location was great for getting to events on both sides of Evansville and Newburg. Even though its location is on a main road it was very quiet even in the back yard.

Now one of our favorite places! Was in town for our daughter’s college graduation. Beth was kind at the last minute to grant a later checkout to accommodate my elderly parents who were able to come. Beth’s place was wonderful, super clean, very well stocked and we love the Haynies corner location! My daughter has a few more years at Stone Center for med school so we hope to stay again!

This is a beautiful home and very peaceful backyard settled in a very nice neighborhood. Brian is an amazing host. I’ve stayed twice so far, and traveling back and forth for work this is my preferred place to stay!! Also, very dog friendly, they love the yard as well ☺️

This is a cute little house on a quiet street. Very close to everything you want to do in Evansville as well! The bed was comfy and the house was well furnished. We would definitely stay again!

Such a wonderful house! Host even left things in case you forgot anything. More than enough towels. Rooms were very large. Pool was very inviting with the slide and diving board! Also played a little basketball with the kids! We are already planning on when to come back. House was very nice! Had a great time!

Nathan’s rental was perfect for our family wedding weekend. Our so the groom stayed there Friday evening with his brother and Nathan was gracious and allowed us to host all of his groomsmen Saturday morning so they could get ready together and my husband had a great kitchen to cook a brunch for them. The brick walls and atmosphere made an awesome backdrop for some pre wedding casual photos as well. We also loved the downtown location with our rehearsal dinner at the collective on Main Street and reception at the Evansville museum!

We had a great stay! We stayed there for our daughter’s wedding. The large island was the perfect setup for bouquet arrangements! Great walkable area for dining and a short walk to the park! Large family and gathering area. We would recommend to our friends and family!

Cozy home with plenty of room and lots of seating! Loved the charm of the house, beautiful archways. The basement even has a great recreational space which was fun for all! The appliances were brand new and worked great! We enjoyed walking in the evenings and there is even a nearby park if you feel like taking a nice stroll/adventure. The location was wonderful as we were visiting our families who live on the east and west sides of Evansville.

Great place, great location. The garage being available is a nice perk as well. Nathan was super-responsive and flexible on our check-in. Very walkable to many locations in town as well. Would stay here again for sure.

Beautiful home in a great location. Good restaurants and things to do within walking distance or a short drive. The home had everything we needed - tvs with streaming services, game console, even a standing fan for the bedroom that didn’t have a ceiling fan which was much appreciated. The beds and couch were all very comfortable, and Beth was very accommodating and responsive. We would absolutely stay again when visiting the area.

We loved staying here! It clean and spacious. Love the look of it. Kristen was great to work with! We had everything we needed too!
