Magnificent waterfront home with direct access to 2 private beaches, swimming pool and jacuzzi. The house measures about 60 meters + a beatiful fullyfurnished terrace of another 60 meters. The flat is composed of 1 large bedroom (queen size bed with 6cm memory foam topper) living room with kitchen, 1 single bedroom and 1 big terrace furnished with dining and living room. L'appartement, classé et étoilé, complètement neuf, au second étage de notre villa, à seulement 10 mètres des premières vagues, bénéficie d'une grande terrasse donnant sur la mer. Il mesure 35 m2 et la terrasse privée 25 m2. Les restaurants et le parc Braudel sont tout proches. C'est le lieu idéal pour des vacantes relaxantes ou sportives, avec de nombreuses possibilités d'activités nautiques et de randonnées à pied ou en VTT. C'est le lieu rêvé pour des vacances en couple ou avec des enfants.

L'appartement et sa grande terrasse surplombe la mer Méditerranée. Il est idéal pour un couple ou une famille de 4 personnes. Proche du centre ville vous pourrez passer vos vacances au calme les pieds dans l'eau, avec un accès privé à la mer. Durant la haute saison, nous louons notre appartement à la semaine du dimanche au dimanche. Malheureusement, nous ne sommes pas en mesure de proposer des exceptions. Fisherman's house in Port Grimaud

Located in the heart of the lake city of Port Grimaud, pleasant fully renovated house that can accommodate up to 7 people with the use of the sofa bed as an extra bed. It has 2 air-conditioned bedrooms (including one bedroom with a single bed and a double bed 140). A free boat shuttle takes you to the beaches or the market square (shops and restaurants) from 06/15 to 09/15. Three night minimum stay. Linens (sheets and towels) are not provided

CABIN

Cabin in a green setting, a 5-minute walk from the beach. You can do some very nice hiking there. It has a swimming pool and an independent and private garden. It is close to all amenities (2 km from the city center). Carqueiranne is an authentic Provençal fishing village far from tourist places. Your peace of mind will be assured. There is a shared path to our house to access it (50 m).

Appartement calme de 50 m2 situé au coeur du vieux village de Bormes les Mimosas, à 2,7 km des plages. Entièrement rénové en 2019 accueille 4 personnes. Il comporte 1 chambre, 1 chambre-Salon, un salon, un patio et un espace cuisine, une salle de bains. Une voûte du XII donne accès sur un patio extérieur privé de 15 m2 équipé d'un autre espace de douche (avec eau chaude)
