A house built in 1778, which has recently been renovated, while retaining traditional building materials, is for rent. On the ground floor there is a living room with a dining room, kitchen, bathroom with toilet, sauna room, and in the attic there are two bedrooms and an anteroom (total 105 m2). Parking and a covered barbecue with a terrace are provided. The house is surrounded by beautiful nature, so it is ideal for nature lovers, hunters and fishermen. Nearby is the Opeka Arboretum and the Vindija Cave.

The house is located 7 km from the center of Varazdin, in Beretinec, and offers an unforgettable vacation for everyone. Nearby are the mountains Čevo (7.5 km) and Ivanščica (30 km), Varaždinske Toplice (15 km) and Trakoščan (36 km). There is a sauna (no extra charge), a wooden wellness tub (hot or cold water, heating at an extra charge), parking, Wi-Fi, terrace/gazebo and barbecue.
