Davide is simply the best! Accomodation was spotless and exactly as described. Location perfect - just outside Bellagio with a short walk into the centre of town allowing it to feel private while being easily accessible. Can’t recommend enough - Davide was even kind enough to collect us from the local bus stop and provided us with the best Lake Como recommendations. Thanks again

Great place with amazing view of como lake and easy access to everywhere. Silvia provided very clear instructions of how to reach the apartment from train station, really convenient location especially for taking the boat. Silvia’s daughter met us for checkin, her boyfriend even helped us to carry the luggage, really appreciated! We reported the accident of gate window broken due to heavy wind, Silvia and her daughter responded very quickly.

This place is amazing! The quiet nights on the patio, or walking down to the lake to enjoy the lights in the castle with evening setting on Lake Como were so wonderfully relaxing. I would recommend to anyone wanting to escape the insanity of Varenna. Other pluses. Town parking pass for Dervio. Amazing breakfast waiting for the ferry there, full kitchen for spectacular sunset meals with the best view of the lake!

The place itself is very comfortable and had everything you need. The view of lake Como is stunning and location was great. Easy walk to shops, bus and ferry station. Denis is very proactive and helped us with finding another accommodation due a mix up of dates on our behalf. Would highly recommend to stay at this lovely apartment.

Easily the best Air BnB experience I have ever had. Rosa Katherine is tremendously kind and a true super-host. My wife and I eloped in Bellagio during our time here and Rosa made sure we had all of the necessary accommodations. The place is peaceful and luxurious with breathtaking views better than the pictures. You will definitely want a vehicle - we rented a Vespa from Roberto at Varenna Vespa Rent. It was simple and allowed us to wisp in and out of all the little lake towns and ride into the mountains a bit. The bed is super comfortable and the AC worked great, we had very high temps one day and it kept up fantastically. On top of being an incredible host - Rosa Katherine was genuinely eager to make sure that we were always taken care of with a deep level of hospitality.

The view from Fulvia's place is unparalleled! Not only did our apartment look out over the town square, but the view from the rooftop terrace is probably the BEST view in town. Just the perfect place to relax after a great day of exploring. The apartment is beautiful and spotlessly clean. And the location just can't be beat.

Giancarlo is a true gentleman. More of a dad than a host to be honest. Trains weren’t working well so he picked us up from Varenna centre and drove us to the air bnb. We arrived to a fridge fully stocked with fruit, juice, cold meats and more. This is not your ‘bare minimum’ air bnb, Giancarlo went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. He paid the tourist tax for us and also paid the next door neighbour to take us to the train station for our check out. 10/10 recommend. Thank you sir!

Due to the railway maintenance work that disrupted the trains from Lecco to Varenna, we were worried about the difficulties of transportation. Upon reaching out to Daniella, she provided much needed assistance regarding the upcoming transportation plans by the municipal of Varenna. She has been great providing answers to our frequent questions as we finalize our visit to the lake, even helped us making dinner reservations. We enjoyed the small balcony with a partial lake view for breakfast. We also appreciated several essential provided in the kitchen like coffee, salt, sugar, olive oil, etc. The location is unbeatable, quiet and right across the street from the bus stop coming from Lecco, and 200 meters away from the bus stop to Lecco. I was able to go down to the ferry terminal in 5 minute in early morning to buy the daily pass in order to avoid a line later then go back to apartment for breakfast.

It was a great choice to stay - not only Alessia is a great host - but also the place is perfect if you want to enjoy peaceful time and have walkable access to the centre. Please feels like home due to carefully selected amenities and materials used. Alessia is going an extra mile in being a host - she helps with arrival and departure, gives local tips that one would not know otherwise! Beautiful view on Pescallo bay, delicious fruits just next door! This was a perfect weekend gateway - thank you Alessia!

What a wonderful apartment. The pictures do not do it justice. The views of the lake, its close proximity to the town centre, Stefeno as a host made this one of our most memorable and enjoyable stays! Stefeno met us at the dock when we arrived and even met us for coffee when we left. Truely a Super Host

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was perfectly located right next to the Funicular and next to the promenade that runs around the marina in Como. Despite being in a busy area it is set back a little from the road so it also feels peaceful and quiet. The little balcony is a lovely place to sit and enjoy the view. It is exactly as it appears on the photographs, only better in real life. Communication was super responsive and helpful, with restaurant suggestions and local information provided. We enjoyed a trip on the funicular one evening to watch the sunset and walked to the lighthouse at the top (steep but rewarding with a great view).

Pietro’s apartment was the perfect spot for our holiday in Lake Como. It’s super well kept, cute, equipped, and had great views of the lake. It’s also a very peaceful location and conveniently next to one of the best meals we had in Italy (Hosteria del Platano). It was a short, beautiful walk to Varenna where we could get to the ferry. This family stay went extremely well; we enjoyed Luca's accommodation, which perfectly matched the description. The charm asset: the spa and the jacuzzi with a breathtaking view of the lake 😍 A big thank you to the co-hosts Andrea and Carla for their kindness and responsiveness in the exchanges before, during and after our stay. I would recommend it in a second!

Super helpful and clear communication. The Airbnb is exactly as shown, beautiful view from the balcony. Location is secluded however and hard to reach places unless you have hired a car. So just a tip for future visitors- hire a car :)

Emanuele’s place has spectacular views of the lake (big windows in the spacious living room!), and an incredible location. Peaceful, serene, clean and quiet place. The restaurant next-door is fantastic. We had dinner there 2 nights. And there’s even a fun good little coffee shop. that’s just a short five minute walk. The host was responsive and Sarah was great to communicate with. One suggestion: there are no markets in the area except a Mini Mart. Suggest you buy what you need before you arrive to this gorgeous place.

Best accommodation in our entire Italy trip. The place was tastefully decorated and Dana obviously took pride in hosting! Her hospitality went above and beyond and the place was very comfortable. Quiet and great place, the apartment was as described in the advertisement. We were 6 adults who had a great week in the apartment with great views. We rented bikes from @Bike it! Bellagio, very good service here too. Nice to cycle to experience new places, the ferry from Bellagio went to both sides of the lake and was easily accessible 😊

Lisa and her family were incredibly gracious and responsive hosts. They met us shortly after we arrived helped us park our van and carry in our bags. They gave us recommendations for restaurants and we ended up booking a lovely boat ride on Lake Como with Lisa as our captain. The apartment was as pictured and was comfortable for our family. I would give this place ten stars if I could! The view is amazing. The place was just like the pictures and it was nice to have a little kitchenette. Gianluca was so kind and a great host! Definitely would recommend!
