Beautiful country house with pool and hot tub access

Beautiful 180 m2 house, nestled in the middle of nature in an exceptional environment, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Friendly and warm, this house has just been renovated and offers you all the comforts for a pleasant stay with friends and family. The magnificent park of this place full of history is equipped with a swimming pool, a Scandinavian bath and a sauna. These amenities are not private to this house and are shared with three other houses in the Domaine.

This quiet, comfortable, 44 m2 home is equipped for 5 people and located a few km from the charming small town of La Charité/Loire, which comes alive with its various cultural festivals. We are 2 hours from Paris (by train: La Charité station or by car: A77 highway, exit 29). House with furnished terrace. Private access to living room with lounge/kitchen area. Upstairs: large bedroom/office area and shower room/toilet accessible by a "Japanese step" type staircase.

In the heart of the Berry countryside and 2 hours from Paris, the Cahute is less than 10 km from the vineyards of Sancerre and Pouilly-sur-Loire and close to the Loire by bike. Nearby (500 m) is also an equestrian center. 10 km away, Loire canoe trip, 18-hole golf course (Golf De Sancerre), mini-golf, tennis, swimming pool. 45 minutes from Circuit de Nevers Magny-Cours, car, motorcycle, This comfortable cottage, its terrace and shaded garden invite you to relax.

Manor Flower Cottage

The cottage is located on the property of a 16th century manor, in a wine region close to La Charité sur Loire, Pouilly sur Loire, Sancerre... Equipped with a separate entrance, it has its own garden and adjoining laundry room. Completely restored we have decorated it by chinant and working with local materials. The ground floor includes a living room with kitchenette and shower room. The room is on a mezzanine level. Enjoy the peace and quiet and greenery!

Private entrance, free adjoining parking, not overlooked by the rest of the estate which consists of 30,000 m2 of a small private stable, a small cottage and our home. Ideally located 5 minutes from Nevers and surrounded by 1500 ha of Amognes state forest directly accessible on foot. Calm and nature predominate in this preserved place out of time.

We recently renovated it, preserving its authenticity and character, it will be ideal for a few days with family or friends, close to Pouilly and Sancerre, close to the Château de Guédelon. 5 large bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a friendly living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 beautiful terraces. For guests looking for peace and quiet in the countryside, the cottage has a terrace and an unfenced garden. Accommodating up to 4 people, the Maisonette, (accessible for people with reduced mobility) is furnished for a comfortable stay. Close to the Loire à Vélo, the Chemin de St-Jacques-de Compostelle and the many castles of Berry, our cottage is located near a beautiful wine region (Côtes de la Charité, Sancerre, Pouilly sur Loire, Quincy, etc.)

La Tiny de Lyot is located in Burgundy near the Sancerre vineyards, 2 hours from Paris, in a soothing setting among horses. This accommodation consists of 2 bedrooms, kitchen and a bathroom and toilet, a very large 40 m2 terrace with a magnificent view where you can eat peacefully and relax in its private spa. There are various activities for couples, friends or close family: Guedelon Château de Saint-Fargeau, tree climbing, canoeing, bike rides...
