Impeccable, very clean and well appointed accommodation. It feels good. The common areas could use a refresh but once you arrive in the accommodation you discover a small attic apartment that's pleasant to stay in.

the 2nd time we come, apartment always very good, rather very clean and well equipped.

Friendly accommodation, easy access and parking nearby always available, too bad we did not have time to go for a walk along the waterway which is next to the accommodation because the walk looks very nice. But we came to join friends who were riding motorcycles on the Magny-Cours circuit, so we didn't have time to visit the surroundings, maybe another time. We didn't need to contact Jean-Loup because everything was clear and impeccable, but we know he was there in case we did.

I have already gone through Mathieu three times for housing in Nevers and I have never had any complaints. Everything is always impeccable, clean, clear instructions, accessible. Mathieu is very responsive if needed. I will gladly go back to Mathieu for my next visits to Nevers.

We booked Mathieu's place to spend a short weekend in Nevers. We arrived on Friday night late (11:45 pm) and thanks to the directions and videos offered by Mathieu, we were able to enter the apartment very easily. The residence is very quiet and clean. The apartment was very clean and perfectly matched the listing and it was hot (rented on 2/15)... There is private parking at the back of the building, but we did not need it as it is very easy to park on the street which is a white area (free parking). The apartment is located next to the train station, close to the city center.

Passing through Nevers for a few days, we had a pleasant stay in this accommodation. This one is very cozy, the services offered are great. Very responsive and accommodating host I recommend it!

Accommodation as described, the Loire is within walking distance for beautiful walks as well as the Carnot market for shopping. We could return to the area and come back to this accommodation.

Chantal and Nigel were great hosts. Very kind, friendly and generous. On hand to help with recommendations. Great location and very peaceful. Had a lovely cycle along the canal and river. Very welcome to have air conditioning in the heat.
