Welcome to our fresh and modern apartment, perfect for those who want to experience the charm of the archipelago and want to be close to the water. The apartment, which is part of the family's house, contributes to a personal and genuine accommodation. On the property, there are goats and ponies to pet. Runmarö offers many experiences, for example, the well-known Stockholm Archipelago Trail crosses the island. A stone's throw from the property, there is a nice rock pool with a small beach. The island is well worth visiting after the summer, the fall is lovely!

Guest house by the sea, enjoy sea views and a lovely furnished terrace in a sunny location. Newly renovated modern accommodation, with walking distance to several nice swimming areas, forest areas and the possibility of fishing from nearby cliffs. 20 minutes to Breviksbadet with mini golf, kiosk and the possibility of outdoor training. From Lervik's jetty, about 10 minutes' walking distance, you can go further out into the archipelago or to Vaxholm or further into Stockholm. By car, in about 15 minutes, you can reach Österåkers and Åkersberga Golf Club.

We rent out an apartment upstairs in our house built in 2015. Rental period minimum 7 nights. The house is located in the archipelago nature on Värmdö about 20 km from Stockholm (highway). Bus takes just under half an hour to central Stockholm, daytime 4 times/hour. 700 meters to bus stop and 1200 meters to shopping center. Close to swimming and hiking areas. The apartment is just over 65 sqm, secluded with a common entrance (see picture). Two bedrooms, four beds, crib available, open plan living room and kitchen. Toilet, shower and washing machine.

Decorated in timeless and luxurious materials such as Kvänum kitchen and appliances from Miele including wine cooler. Dining area for 12-14 people. Fireplace, 4 bedrooms, one with an en-suite and 2 more wet rooms, one shower and one toilet. Located in Solvik on Nämdö and there is a private beach, well-stocked grocery store, restaurant and bakery. Waxholmsbolaget operates Solvik year-round - 50 meters from the apartment!

This apartment is perfect for those of you who want to get a cozy archipelago stay with all the luxurious amenities desired. The apartment was finished in summer 23 and is equipped with Mielek kitchen with wine fridge, a luxurious marble bathroom and brand new furniture. To the rental there is access to private beach with beach chairs. Laundry room and own water purification plant are available. Just 50 minutes by boat from Stavsnäs and 100 meters to the apartment from Solviks brygga. Grocery store and restaurant available at the island.

A lovely walk along the water or through the forest, the area also offers popular bike paths. Parking is included. Close to Gustavsberg where you will find cafés, restaurants, shopping and activities. The apartment has a 160 cm double bed, dining area, kitchen, TV & a sofa bed. Bathroom with washing machine. Lägenheten har en stor terrass i söderläge med utsikt över viken/havet och den vackra naturen. Här kan du njuta av fantastiska grillkvällar. Nere vid viken så finns det en badstrand och egen brygga med tillgång till min kanot och kajak. Lägenheten är välutrustad med alla bekvämligheter som TV, dator och Wi-Fi med fiber uppkoppling till internet.

Family friendly apartment with plenty of space for 4 on Resarö, a peaceful island close to the beautiful town of Vaxholm, where you can catch a boat to many other islands or Stockholm centre. 2 minute drive to beach, access to forest walks, local shop, tennis court, cafe and public transport just minutes away. Shared outdoor deck with firepit. Vanoe or SUP hire is available on the island. Apartment is attached to, but completely separate from main house with own front door.
