The apartment, which is part of the family's house, contributes to a personal and genuine accommodation. On the property, there are goats and ponies to pet. Runmarö offers many experiences, for example, the well-known Stockholm Archipelago Trail crosses the island. A stone's throw from the property, there is a nice rock pool with a small beach. The island is well worth visiting after the summer, the fall is lovely!

From Lervik's jetty, about 10 minutes' walking distance, you can go further out into the archipelago or to Vaxholm or further into Stockholm. By car, in about 15 minutes, you can reach Österåkers and Åkersberga Golf Club.

Located in Solvik on Nämdö and there is a private beach, well-stocked grocery store, restaurant and bakery. Waxholmsbolaget operates Solvik year-round - 50 meters from the apartment!

To the rental there is access to private beach with beach chairs. Laundry room and own water purification plant are available. Just 50 minutes by boat from Stavsnäs and 100 meters to the apartment from Solviks brygga. Grocery store and restaurant available at the island.

Family friendly apartment with plenty of space for 4 on Resarö, a peaceful island close to the beautiful town of Vaxholm, where you can catch a boat to many other islands or Stockholm centre. 2 minute drive to beach, access to forest walks, local shop, tennis court, cafe and public transport just minutes away. Shared outdoor deck with firepit. Vanoe or SUP hire is available on the island. Apartment is attached to, but completely separate from main house with own front door.
