Really lovely this cozy place. Ideal for one person. Superb privacy and access to terrace. Great for writing and doing creative work. Basic amenities are perfect. It was really nice of Amol to come fetch me at the station as the place is a bit hard to find at first. No shared walls which truly is a blessing in a place like Mumbai. Situated In a crowded locality, but once you’re here it’s your own private haven. Highly recommended! Returning for a longer stay!

The hosts were superb. They were proactive is their communication making sure we felt well attended. Their care-taker was very helpful and recommended some local eateries to try from. Their abode is cozy, bright and colorful and very calm. We had a peaceful stay, just wanted we wanted. Will definitely visit again. Loved the house :)

Everything was superb. Only problem was with the amount of bugs. Small bugs and ants managed to crawl inside the room even though the doors and windows were closed

Located in the Parsi Colony with easy access to Bandra and South Mumbai, it was both peaceful and well-connected. A great choice for professionals or families looking for a warm, heritage-style stay in the city. Will book again on next visit.

We had a wonderful stay at Pradeep's place! From the moment I booked, he was incredibly responsive and helped me with all my queries, making the entire process smooth and enjoyable. The apartment was clean, neat, and beautifully decorated, with no clutter in sight. It had such good vibes that I truly felt at home. The location is fantastic, with lovely ships nearby and a great neighborhood to explore. The place looked exactly like the pictures—if not more beautiful! I would definitely recommend staying here and would love to visit again in the future. While it's not mandatory, having a hot water kettle or microwave oven would be a nice addition. Serene community, with complete security. The place was as described and is suitable for 1-2 people. Very refined interiors. The surrounding area is very clean and happening. I would recommend this unit and will likely book it again for 1-2 week stays.

The stay was amazing. There was no interference. The host was very helpful. He allowed an early check-in as well since there was no booking a day prior. He also called to check if we needed anything. Beautiful place, had all the amenities. I would definitely recommend the place.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb, with my family and 1-year-old nephew. The property was exactly as described—clean, well-maintained, and equipped with fantastic amenities. The hosts were incredibly cooperative and lovely, accommodating our request for a late checkout due to traveling with an infant, which we greatly appreciated. The location is on the outskirts of the city, so be prepared for a 7km trip to the nearest market for groceries or basic food items. As it’s a hilly area, there were occasional power outages due to loadshedding or transformer issues, but this didn’t significantly impact our stay. The jacuzzi was a highlight and absolutely amazing! Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this place to others.

The place was just as described—beautiful and exactly what we expected. Kanchan and Anita were extremely helpful and proactive in sharing all the necessary information and assistance. The private pool was definitely the highlight of our stay. The location was excellent, with the market just a short walk away. A big thanks to Pintu Dada for helping with breakfast and arranging autos. Overall, a truly worthwhile experience and great value for money.

Ragini's place is a real gem - we had a lovely stay there. Not only was the room spacious, it had all the amenities one can possibly ask for. We had a late flight in, and were able to check in smoothly at round 11:30pm at night. Everyone, from the night security guard to the day security guard were super friendly and helpful. Ragini of course was the ultimate host - always there and ready to help! We had some issues with the WIFI on one evening (it was a Telco/ network issue and not at all Ragini's fault) and she immediately set out to liaise with the technical department. Thanks to her the issue was resolved shortly. In addition, we were able to leave our luggage in a locked room after check-out and pick them up later when we left for the airport. The flexibility and hospitality shown by everyone was really above and beyond. Thanks so much and we hope to stay again soon!

Nikhil is an incredibly accommodating host, and will ensure that you are comfortable during your stay by means of prompt communication as well as very well equipped and helpful staff (security, housekeeping, well priced laundry services) at the airbnb. We didn’t face any difficulties during our two week stay and would choose this place again. The stay is exactly as described in the pictures, is super clean and comfortable. All the appliances, crockery, toiletries etc are clean and well maintained. You would also be staying in an upscale locality which has proximity to all the best places in Bandra. Mister Prakash, the father of Menaka and Yashna is probably the best host that I met in many years travelling the world! His kindness and knowledge of the city is unique, he ensured that the activities I booked, the restaurants I chose and the transfers I take, went smoothly. This place was such a cute, cozy find — perfectly lit with a Pinterest-worthy aesthetic. It’s nestled in a peaceful spot, about a 15-minute walk from the beach, making it ideal for a quiet getaway. While the main Alibaug beach and city area are a bit of a drive, we’d definitely recommend bringing your own vehicle or hiring a rickshaw for the day to get around easily. The host was under the weather during our stay, so wasn’t able to be as hands-on, but still made the effort to share local recommendations for food and activities, which we really appreciated. Overall, a charming little escape if you’re looking to unplug and relax!
