Kangaroos & farm animals will be grazing close to your house and you can walk to our business Scoops Farm for an ice cream and free entry to our animal farm during your stay. This place is pretty special! A lovingly restored school bus now spends its time nestled amongst gum trees. You'll soak up the warmth of the morning sun, whilst listening to the bird life, and watching sheep, cows and kangaroos in neighbouring paddocks. The privacy and tranquility will allow you make yourselves at home. The Lookout sits in an open paddock, with 360 views of farmland. Take it all in from your bathtub or through huge windows that frame views stretching right over the wilds of Wildwood. Inside is a cocooning embrace; it’s the dreamiest sanctuary for two. Unfortunately our property is not set up to host newborns, infants or toddlers.

Soak in the outdoor bathtub, and enjoy the full kitchen and the large deck offers breathtaking views of the valley. Our cabin is close to the main winery area, perfect for wine tasting adventures. Only 2.5 hours from Perth, it's an easy getaway. Take a refreshing swim in the dam, explore the small vineyard, or go on multiple bush walks.

The little siren studio Gnarabup

The little siren is a self contained studio at the rear of our property. It’s located in a unique little pocket of Margaret River, looking out over Gas bay surf break and the Cape Leeuwin ridge. An adults only ( no babies either sorry), oasis in which to explore the cape, snuggle up & read books or simply spend the night watching stars from your bed. Our bedroom is on a mezzanine level, the bathroom is downstairs, please note that there are multiple stairs on the property.

Abbeys Farm Retreat offers the perfect getaway to unwind and reconnect with nature. The glamping tent is nestled amongst the trees and overlooks the spring fed dam. It blends the freedom of carefree camping with luxuries you would hope to find in an upmarket resort. Soak your worries away in the outdoor stone bath tub, enjoy the outdoor fire pit under the stars, or simply lounge out in the hammocks, deck chairs, bean bags and day bed.

Petit Eco Cabin at Windows Estate

A single, architecturally designed timber cabin, nestled into the trees by the lake, overlooking our certified organic vineyard. Ample amounts of natural light filter through the trees with vineyard & farmland views framed by each window. The stunning waterfall window in the bedroom connects the inside with the out, creating a memorable feature & allowing you to sleep under the stars. Please note the cabin is an adults only retreat.

Alpaca Farm Cabin 1 Rosa River Ranch

Come and stay at Rosa River Ranch! Meet the alpacas and enjoy an escape to nature. 12 minutes from the centre of Margaret River and minutes from several wineries, horseback riding and the Berry Farm. The property includes all the essential amenities to provide a relaxing and stress free stay. Cascade Cottage is our couples retreat built of stone and rammed earth sourced from the property. Our Studios are built of stone and rammed earth, have cozy queen beds with beautiful fresh linens and super warm donnas. This cottage has a fully self contained open plan kitchen and a spacious bathroom with a beautiful claw footed bathtub.
