We had a wonderful weekend at Fazenda Maria Comprida on a family trip with 24 people, including children, and we were all very well accommodated in the 9 suites. Dear Roberta's welcome made all the difference, welcoming us with affection and attention from the very first moment. Staff are amazing: helpful, friendly and always willing to help. The rooms are comfortable, cozy and beautifully cared for. The surrounding countryside is simply stunning, bringing peace and beauty to every corner of the farm. And we couldn't help but praise the delicious food prepared by Tânia and Ingrid ,made with a lot of caprice and that won us all. The Property is simply sensational. Soft and clean bedding. All very clean and organized. The cottage is very cozy and all the items are working. Warm water, internet, TV, everything perfect. The stone house, the view from the swing and the waterfall next to it are private, not to mention the beauty and history of the place. Mr. Américo is very attentive and helpful. He kindly introduced us to a beautiful nearby waterfall, providing us with a sensory experience such as hearing the sound of birds, smelling the earth and observing the vegetation. It was worth every minute of the stay.

Unfortunately, we only stayed for one weekend. I really want more. Everything perfect and well cared for. The house is wonderful, as is the land and the pool. The support given by Guida and Gabriel was perfect! Thank you!

Lovely and comfortable home. Highlights would be the living room integrated with the kitchen and pool table, leaving everyone in the same spacious and comfortable environment. The heated pool with the bucolic look was also charming. I'd definitely be back!

Flávio is an excellent host, the house is exactly as in the photos, incredible. In addition to the house being very rich in details and comfort, it has the privilege of an incredible view of the lake, like a bonfire, time passes without us noticing. Easily accessible location, even though it has a small part of a dirt road, it is super easy to get to. There are some grocery stores about 10/15 minutes from the house, but it is good to bring things to make the most of the house. Location with all the utensils, we went as 4 people, one being a 1 year old, as the house is flat we were very comfortable. We also took our dog, and as the place is fenced, we also had no problem letting him loose and enjoying all the peace that the place offers. Great location in Itaipava. The house is beautiful and well equipped for those who want to cook. Communication with Sandra is also very easy, she was super attentive. Highly recommended for those who want to spend quiet days in the mountains.

It was the first time I booked an Airbnb, and the experience couldn't have been better. VERY polite and attentive hostess, taught us all the house rules and it was amazing to have all our questions answered. I loved the soul that the house has, with decoration focused on rock stars. I'm a musician, I LOVED it. In fact, the advantage of being a microhouse is that it is easy to organize when it is time to leave hahaha

The house is wonderful and already conveys a peace from the entrance! From to see beauty in every corner and in every space there. The utensils in the house saved us because of schemes to take some things but there was a super kit with everything we could need right there. Mega comfortable and warm bedding. Easy access location even for me who had never even climbed the mountain! Beto has been helpful since before our arrival without any doubt. Nota mil! We leave with the desire to return. If you want to relax this is the place!!

He promptly resolved a situation with gas, assisted with Check-in and Check-out, brought fresh bread in the morning for us, and even cooks very well! The loft is a delight, amidst the green, inside a condominium and super close to the center of Araras, where you can find markets with quality products and good restaurants. The only points of improvement would be the curtains that do not prevent the passage of clarity and a slightly larger barbecue with a water point ( sink) near the pool. However, this becomes small, when we consider the beauty of the place and the attention of the owners ! We would return with ctza !

The house is very comfortable and cozy with beautiful and well cared for the garden in front of it. It has varied cooking utensils. Availability and friendliness of the housekeeper Elza is another attribute of the residence.

It was very good, the bungalow is a cute, rustic, simple, but comfortable, we barbecue,we made coffee at home, were very pleasant days.

The swimming pool is very good and well cared for as is the garden. The internet works very well on all the inside and outside parts of the house. The place is great for rest, with lush nature all around and quiet neighborhood. The TVs are new and work very well. Rooms with comfortable beds and well ventilated and bright. It was a very pleasant experience, and we hope to be able to return soon.

You know when you want to be in a place in the countryside, seeking peace and quiet, then you found it because the place is perfect to go with the giant family and everyone is accommodated with excellent space, everything clean and lots of nature. This place was made for that big family that wants to celebrate an important date. The host is very polite and helpful. If you want perfection, this is paradise. It would deserve the Michelin star if it were a restaurant, but since it is not, it deserves 5 stars and is not inferior to any 5-Star Hotel. Congratulations to the host .
