Close to nature plot with lawn for summer activities. Approximately 150m to the jetty with boat (3.5hp) for fishing and swimming and kayak for 2p. The property is well located close to most things. If you have children with you, there are activities to be done in the area. The house is located next to Kronskogen and nature reserve. Behind the plot is an artificial lawn with outdoor gym, running track and playground. Behind the playground is Parken Zoo. Tunavallen is about 300 m away if you like to watch football. It's also close down to town and also to Tuna Park where there's a shopping center with restaurants, supermarkets etc.

Canoe is available to borrow. The accommodation consists of small bedroom with double bed 140 cm, sofa bed 140 cm in the main house where also the kitchen ( fully equipped) can fit. Parking for one car. Bus and bike lane to town and Sundbyholm (3km). Sheets are available to rent for SEK 75/person and stay.
