Nice apartment in own house in central Västerås

This nice apartment in a turn-of-the-century house is 10 minutes walking distance to Västerås city and 15 minutes to the train station and Mälaren and Mälardalen University. 300 meters to the grocery store, 50 meters to the bus stop. Free parking included. The apartment has on the lower level one bedroom with 140 cm bed, bathroom with shower and washing machine and dryer. On the upper floor is a large kitchen with kitchen sofa, table and four chairs and toilet and large living room with armchairs and TV as well as sofa bed 140 cm wide.

Large pleasant house with large garden o parking

Our family-owned big nice house is empty often so we would like to give holidaymakers, working or passing through the opportunity to inhabit our nice house. Wonderful garden, own and of course free parking, period and fully equipped kitchen, large living room with TV and dining area, three bedrooms. Four sleeping places but up to six can stay at the same time in the house if one person sleeps on the couch and two people sleep together in a 120cm bed. The bathroom has a bathtub and a newly installed toilet.

The peaceful house with lake view

This is a lovely peaceful house by the lake to enjoy life. There are several places to sit down and eat or have a break either in the sun or in the shadow outside, most of them with the view of the sea. The kitchen is fully equipped, the bbq ready to use and one living room to relax in. You can find a beach and playground area 15 min walk away or stay at home and use your own dock to sunbathe or take a swim. You can also take a trip in the rowing boat or play in the large garden.

A nice villa in Östermalm in a nice and calm area. The house has a nice yard and glazed patio. On the grounds, a private jacuzzi is always available for a hot tub. Guests have easy access to everything from this centrally located property. Soccer field, tennis and golf as well as ICA, Willys and LIDL at walking distance. Easy to get into City via bus or bike.
