This nice apartment in a turn-of-the-century house is a 10-minute walk to Västerås city and 15 minutes to the train station and Mälaren and Mälardalen University. 300 meters to grocery store, 50 meters to bus stop. Free parking included. The apartment has on the lower floor a bedroom with 140 cm bed, bathroom with shower and washing machine and dryer. On the upper floor, there is a large kitchen with a kitchen sofa, table and four chairs and toilet and a large living room with armchairs and TV as well as a sofa bed 140 cm wide.

Our family owned big nice house is empty often so we would like to give vacationing, working or passing through the opportunity to live our nice house. Four sleeping places but up to six can stay at the same time in the house if one person sleeps on the sofa and two people sleep together in a 120 cm bed. The bathroom has a bath and newly installed toilet seat.
