This place is wonderful! The beautiful views, the hot tub, and the comfortable setting made this a great place to spend a few days and create memories for our family. The kitchen was especially well-furnished and the host was extremely helpful. Great views and wonderfully furnished!

We had a great week in Mary's very cozy old house. In particular, we liked the outdoor area. We were often on the boat, fishing, using the hot tub, making pizza in the outdoor oven and relaxing by the lake. The stand up paddle was also tried. A deer could even be seen in the opposite forest. Although there is no WiFi, we had internet through mobile data. The house was also a good base to follow the footsteps of Astrid Lindgren. A moose park is also nearby. Communication with Maria was very friendly and quick! We were very pleased and can recommend the house!

Perfect place to stay. Even nicer than the pictures. The sauna is very lovely, next to the river, we really loved it. Frans is very nice and generous. I highly recommend this place. Note: you can hear the noise from the main route (not inside the cabine) but you can easily forget about it.

We had an amazing time at the cabin. Well equipped kitchen with stunning views of the lake and access to beach. It was a cozy and comfortable cabin. Though the bathroom and toilet is located outside of the main house, it was not a problem for us to use it even in the night. The private beach was quaint and very peaceful. Idyllic location for a long weekend break or for summer! Ebba was very responsive and suggested lovely cafes and day trips for us. We would love to come back again and stay here. We were able to enjoy Swedish life in the countryside again. Beautiful spacious house in a beautiful place with all kinds of animals around you, chickens, horses, dogs and goats. Hilly with a flowing stream behind the house. Lots of space around the home so we could easily park our car with trailer and boat. Everything is available in the house, but don't expect luxury, it's basic. Beautiful kitchen with good equipment. 4 spacious bedrooms with good double beds, so also for large families. Towels, bed linen, etc. everything is provided and cleaning is done. Maria is a nice host, who leaves you completely quite, as the Swedes usually do and I'm fine with it! Feel completely at home with it. Maria helped us with information about the lake Asunden, where we would be fishing. Thanks again for that. If you want to spend a holiday here, I highly recommend it. Yxefall is a few kilometers above Kisa, where everything you need is present.

Curly roads take you through beautiful scenery to this cozy cottage. All amenities are available and the location worked both for visits to Astrid Lindgren's World and Linköping. We'd love to come again!

We had a lovely stay! The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. The place is peaceful and perfect for relaxing — we also enjoyed the sauna. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and well equipped, breakfast was a pleasant bonus. Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful house! We felt very comfortable here, both in the house and in the beautiful surroundings. We were out on the lake by boat and were even able to catch fish, which was a real highlight. We also made nice excursions to the surrounding area and slept wonderfully every night. The fresh eggs from the chickens were great, and we really enjoyed spending time with the cats, dog Ronja, the chickens and of course your dear cows. We especially liked the loving little things in and around the house, and as a little extra we even found a geocache nearby. Thanks to the warm temperatures, we also dared to go swimming! Above all, we were able to fully recover and now feel wonderfully relaxed. We look forward to coming back. Warm regards, Julia

Great place! Fantastic view, quiet surroundings, delicious and cozy to be able to light up both the wilderness bath and the sauna. And cozy with a little boat trip on the lake at sunset. A fantastic little gem, I highly recommend!

Unique location by a beautiful lake, modern really nice cabin that had everything you could want and then some. Clear and easy instructions on everything you need. We are more than happy to return here. Maria as a host responds quickly, is very nice and helpful. Recommenders highly!

Very nice little cottage in the countryside, with very beautiful views from the kitchen window! All the necessary things are in the cabin for a few days of stillness. I appreciated the nice beautiful roads around the village and towards Göta Kanal, perfect for runners 😉 If the weather and season suits, there is a large wooden deck at the back, safe with nice sunset! Highly recommended!

Was away with my team and fished 4 days. Emil's cabin was exactly what we want when we're away. Clean and tidy. And only 100 meters from the water. Emil was exemplary as a host. We will definitely stay here again.
