Vi bor på en udde med vatten runt om oss. Över vårt dubbelgarage har vi en lägenhet med alla bekvämligheter. Har tillgång till egen brygga med bad. Finns fina cykelvägar, och strövområden i skog och i närområdet. Skogar med svamp och bär. Det mesta av dina behov såsom flera livsmedelsbutiker (ICA, COOP och LIDL), apotek, systembolag och pizzerior finns inom ca 2 km radie. Bra busskommunikationer till centrum. Ca 1 km till busshållplats. Nära golfklubbar. Några restauranger inom ca 2 km radie.

Skøn beliggenhed i skov ved sø

Sommerhuset "Sjöbranten" ligger omgivet af træer ned til en sø. Der er ingen synlige naboer så her kan I nyde skovens stille ro. Egen badebro med robåd, oppustelige kajakker, paddle board og diverse badedyr. Terrasse hvorfra udsigten over søen kan nydes Huset er ikke luksuriøst men rummeligt, hyggeligt og ligger utroligt skønt. 7 sengepladser i 3 soveværelser og 4 ekstra sengepladser i uopvarmet anneks. NB: Badeværelsesgulvet har sat sig, og det betyder at bad skal tages siddende i badekarret

Smedstugan - sjötomt

Smedstugan, vid vår egna sjö, liten sandstrand och brygga. Smedstugan ligger nära Stenhaga, vårt andra hus vi hyr ut här på airbnb. Ingen insyn. Fiska, roddbåt ingår. Fina naturområden för promenader i skog och åkrar precis vid stugan. Diskmaskin, micro, spis, tvättmaskin, bubbelbadkar. Internet - fiberanslutning. Öppen spis i vardagsrummet. Klotgrill, kol, finns och även en större grillplats på andra sidan sjön. Lätt att ro dit. Stugan har 6 bäddar, 3 sovrum. Hund går bra att ta med, ej katt.

Fantastisk stuga med öppen planlösning, 90 kvm. Totalrenoverad 2022-24 med nytt modernt ljust kök, granitbänkar, diskmaskin, induktionsspis med ugn, micro. Trägolv i gran samt klinker i det vinterisolerade uterummet. Nytt badrum-golvvärme, tvättmaskin. Sjötomt med eget fiskevatten inkluderat - med kastspö eller metspö. Vedeldad badtunna direkt vid sjön. Stora härliga trädäck, vid huset samt direkt vid sjön, med nya trädgårdsmöblemang. Möjlighet att hyra kanot och roddbåt samt gratis cyklar.

Vår lilla stuga vid sjön

At the homestead called Hamborg, grandfather's old cottage stands in a beautiful, secluded meadow by Lake Örken. It offers a simple but close to nature accommodation close to the lake, swimming and fishing. Here you can experience total peace and silence far from neighbours. A rowing boat is available to borrow and a short walk through the forest there is a nice swimming area with a small sandy beach. There are beautiful surroundings for hiking in the forest or on the gravel roads.

Ladugården/ The Barn Helgasjön Växjö

This is a old barn that is easy renovated. We have internet and tv with chromecast, however its not always that it works. If you need tv or internet to survive we recommend that you search for something closer to city. This house/ cottage suits family’s who wants to be close to nature. The house is 100meters from the sea Helgasjön. Fireplace directly by water is provided when asked. We speak German and English. We do have boats with 5 to 10ps engines that can be rented by guests.

Lake House at Skälsnäs Mansion in Småland

On a peninsula of the famous Lake Helga in Småland, with a rich fish population, forests and an abundance of animals, we rent out a lake house directly on the lake. Horses and sheep graze on the property, which was once owned by Gustav Wasa. Dogs (max. 2) are welcome, at a cost of € 12 per dog/night. A boat (4.5 hp motor) can be hired for €50/day including fuel. You can also rent our ‘Guesthouse’ (see there) and ‘Brygghus’ (see there), both with lake view.

Please use our Kayak, SUP to explore the 200+ islands Helgasjön offers. You are also welcome to dock you own boat on our private beach.

Large lakeside house

Large house by lake in Småland, 30 minutes from Växjö. Spacious and tasteful rooms and all you need to relax. 80 m to a small beach of your own and any number of great spots within walking or biking distance. 7 km to Braås with good supermarket. Grill and garden furniture. A few basic bikes are there to use as is a rowing boat that is in the water June-Sep. Wood fired sauna in the outhouse.

Our cozy cottage is beautifully situated on our small farm in the middle of the Småland forest. The forest is located right around the corner for wonderful forest excursions. Next to the house there is a pond where you can swim. Cozy beach with sun loungers that you can enjoy in nice weather. The farm is only 10 minutes from the beautiful lake Åsnen and only 25 minutes to Växjö or Älmhult.

Stuga vid sjö och naturreservat

Stuga på landet i gårdens ekonomibyggnad, men endast 5 km från Växjö, nära golfbana och fina strövstigar i naturreservat. Modernt välutrustat kök och dusch och toalett på första våningen, sovrum och allrum med tv på andra våningen. Wifi finns, tillgång till roddbåt och kanot sommartid, flera grillplatser.
