The apartment has two bedrooms, each sleeping four people, with a spacious living and dining room, and a super kitchen and bathroom; there is also a billiards table, a pool, and television. The house has three inverter air consoles.

It has 3 rooms with A/C with space for up to 6, (they will be opened according to the number of guests). 2 bathrooms with heater, equipped living room, TVs, equipped kitchen, dining room and canopy. It is located steps away from a park with a basketball court and swings. We are only 6 minutes from Puerto Nuevo Beach and only 3 minutes from Highway #2 with access to shopping malls, laundromats, banks, restaurants, bars, etc. An excellent place to spend your vacation!

It is important to inform you that it is forbidden to receive guests, birthday celebrations and/or other activities. We have security cameras overlooking only the entrance and parking for security reasons. Visit us and relax in this quiet place to stay🌺

The home is in a community with controlled access. The home has a solar inverter battery system for essential lights in case of power outages. The house counts with a big yard, perfect to enjoy your vacation. With a 3 minute walking distance private beach.
