RODEN BALKAN House is our renovated century-old house. It is from the Bulgarian Renaissance period and is over 150 years old. The house has preserved the spirit of the old times combined with the necessary amenities of the present. The first floor is the place for shared moments with friends. On a heavy table or on a soft piece of furniture by the fireplace with a good movie and a glass of wine. On the second floor are the bedrooms for our guests. We have 3 double rooms that use two bathrooms and one studio for 4 people with a private bathroom.

"Dyadovata kashta" is a traditional Revival architectural style of the region, but it has enough comfort and luxury for every taste. The house was built in 1825. "Dyadovata kashta" has three double rooms, which use two bathrooms with toilets .The rooms are equipped with cable TV, wireless internet.At guests' disposal there are two cozy living rooms with sofas, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area. Guests can enjoy their free time in our lovely courtyard with barbecue.

Къща за гости "Боеви" е разположена на 400м. от яз. "Йовковци" в с. Яковци, гр. Елена. Капацитетът u e mpu тройни стаи, една двойна и един разтегателен диван. Разполага с голям хол с кухня, маса и столове за 10 човека, всички необходими кухненски пособия и уреди. Къщата се отоплява с камина на дърва, но има и климатик. През летния сезон вилата има на разположение външен басейн с шезлонги и чадъри. Къщата е заобиколена от тишина, спокойствие, прекрасни гледки към язовира.

It was built in 1927 in the style of post-liberation architecture, now it is restored, preserving the original spirit and atmosphere. Inside the house is cozy and comfortable. Outside is has a spacious garden and huge barbeque for big companies. Guest house "By the Chimney" is named after the tallest historical mural in the Balkans "Rings of Time" , located close to the house.
