Die Ferienwohnung/Ferienhaus ist in 2022 komplett neu erstellt worden. Sie verfügt über Bodenkühlung und Split-Klimaanlagen, sowie SAT-TV und WLAN. Die große Terrasse ist nach Westen ausgerichtet. Die Küche ist mit einem Kaffeevollautomaten, Kühlschrank, Geschirrspüler und Induktionsherd ausgestattet. Der Wohnraum lässt sich durch große Faltelemente komplett zur Terrasse öffnen. Die Wohnung hat einen separaten PKW Stellplatz von dem es ebenerdig zur Wohnung geht.
