Holiday rentals with a patio in Ventnor

The photos don’t do this beautiful apartment justice! Absolutely gorgeous place with beautiful bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and living room. We were gobsmacked when we arrived as wasn’t expecting it to be so big and luxurious! It was a great location right next to the beach and lots of restaurants and bars. We will 1000% be back.

Michelle is the best hostess I've come across in a long while. The kitchen was well equipped, even down to a box of bandaids! Everything was so comfortable and the location is great for everything you want to do on the Penninsula. We'll definitely return. Thank you!

Simon was communicative. His place was very good. He added some great touches in a handwritten card of welcome AND a bottle of wine. For me it was the thought that was really appreciated. The appartment is very close to the beach, has secure, off-street undercover parking, is clean, spacious and well equipped, including having a balcony, albeit with seats but no table! His place is recommended for a weekend away as it was for us, AND for a longer stay. I would certainly consider it again. Thank you Simon and all the best!

One thing that really stood out was the water pressure strong enough to actually wash your hair, which is surprisingly rare in most Airbnbs. And unlike many places, there were no leaks or awkward plumbing quirks in the shower just clean, functional design. The host was warm, responsive, and genuinely accommodating, making the experience feel seamless from start to finish. This place is a perfect escape for couples looking to unwind in comfort and style. I’ll absolutely be coming back 5 stars, hands down.

Our stay was wonderful! Andi was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The house was spotless and well-equipped with everything we needed. It is a lovely apartment in a pleasant location and furnished very attractively. I had thought we would have a water view but maybe I didn't study the photos carefully. You have to drive to most cafes and restaurants but there is one excellent business just across the way. Check-in was rather confusing, The key is in a lock box which is fine, except that the lock box is in an odd location and hidden by bushes. Nevertheless we found it. I would be happy to stay there again.

My family and I had an amazing time at this place! The location is incredibly convenient, with everything you need close by. The amenities are top-notch, including both indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a tennis court, a restaurant, and much more. We enjoyed every moment of our stay and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great vacation spot.

This was hands down the *best Airbnb* we’ve ever stayed in! From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. Our first family holiday to Phillip Island was made that much more comfortable staying in such a homely accommodation! everything was clean, cosy and easily accessible. Amanda was so lovely and helpful, very responsive and kind. thank you for offering such a wonderful place to stay, it definitely felt like home away from home and will definitely be returning on our next visit!

Tina's place is well equipped, clean and the rooms are nice and warm when we arrived (definitely helped when it was rainy and freezing cold outside). Lotsa clean towels and there's even an airfryer available for use. We had some questions and Tina responded very quickly and provided the necessary information. It was a wonderful stay and we got to enjoy Netflix and Amazon too.

Amazing views of the bay and close enough to cafes and shops but keeps a sense of privacy and relaxed homely feel. Easy drive to all the Mornington Peninsula has to offer..The ambience was beautiful, and Samantha’s communication throughout made everything smooth and enjoyable. We’d absolutely stay again if we’re ever back in the area!

Brydie’s place is amazing! It’s clean, new and easy to find. Brydie’s instructions were very clear. She is always just a message away. The place is close to Coles and that is a bonus for us. This is a place I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Phillip Island!
