The house is comfortable, airy and wide. The good-sized pool and in addition, the backyard of the beach access house. The always helpful pool and cleaning care team for a more enjoyable accommodation for guests. I recommend it!!

The accommodation is wonderful and our host Juliana is very helpful, attentive and easy to access for communication.. The space is as presented in the photos, we receive everything clean and organized, new and well structured dependencies. I and my family spent light and happy days, very well accommodated. Unfortunately we took a cold front and did not take much advantage of the beach and the pool. However, as the house is comfortable, we take a great advantage of the space. Super. I recommend hosting Juliana!!!!

It was a wonderful stay, the place is exactly like the advertised, very quiet and comfortable. Hosts Bianca and Wagner were very requested! We hope to return again for sure because the place has conquered us!

The extremely cozy house. It had everything you need for a stay at home. It was thus that I felt… at home outside my house. Every detail thought out with great affection to welcome us. Closed soap and toilet paper in all the bathrooms. Clean bedding. ALL kitchen utensils including glass platters. I was worried about taking some things thinking about I could have. But I didn't even have to take it out of the bag. The house is fully equipped. Positive point for the structure of the tbm condominium. Although there are few houses the clean and flawless club. Servants very attentive and willing to help with what we needed. The local beach (straight from the condomino) clear waters and natural fish. The attention and availability of Welington tbm was a major positive point. From the moment of the reservation to our departure from the property, always attentive, polite, concerned with providing us the best. Anyway I want to program a return. I recommend it without a doubt.

The house is beautiful, well equipped. Very clean and plenty of towels available. Spacious, exactly as shown in the photos posted. Lots of space to go with kids and the pool is great. Only detail, with such an unstable climate to have a clothes dryer would be an excellent acquisition. I would definitely come back.

I would like to thank Simone, for the attention to us, we love the stay, the house was prepared to welcome us, they still left some utensils that we forgot to take, she always responding quickly to the msgs, the homemade Paulo very attentive as well. mr. André's house is excellent, foot in the sand, a beautiful beach, quiet with clean water, the condominium is very organized and quiet. we went in the family, and it was perfect for resting, and having fun between us. the island of Itaparica is simple, it does not offer much, but if you are looking for a house just to rest, away from the mess of the city and with safety... this is the house! we love and we really want to come back other times. Sr André was very receptive and his house is excellent.

The condominium and the utilities of the apartment meet the expectation. All bedrooms contain air conditioning, very cozy place to relax. The condominium has a great leisure area and an ice machine that helped a lot. The beach in front is not very suitable for bathing, but the others surprised.

Wonderful experience. I had never been in Ap like this, and I was surprised by the accommodation. Congratulations It was worth it for everything, cleaning, space, everything you need to make a breakfast there (electric stove, blender, couscous, dishes, etc…) Top 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

The flat is old, but it serves a family of four well. We had a good experience with the condominium, which has a good restaurant, a wonderful pool and is facing the beach. The host is super polite and responds to messages quickly. Upon arrival, we found that the air-conditioning was very dirty and did not work very well, the host promptly resolved the issue by sending a technician to do the repair. Overall, it was a very good experience and was worth the cost benefit.

A word to evaluate the stay: perfect! We spent wonderful days on island! Since the negotiation/communication with Walter (and advisor); through the issue of the apartment itself, which was clean and is super cozy, everything was great. As well as the location, the village infrastructure is note 1000 (restaurant, pool, internet, game room, large parking, etc.). Maria de Fátima's apartment is very cozy, all decorated, in short, it is worth enjoying what it provides. The condominium staff provides all the assistance you need. It was worth it.

Mr. Marcelo was receptive, the accommodation corresponds to the listing. The pool is wonderful, the condo restaurant is affordable and variety. The condominium is a few meters from one of the best beaches in Bahia, the beach of Penha.

Easy arrival,near downtown,with varied commercial places, gastronomic places. Close to the beach , bus terminal and port of Vera Cruz Very spacious place,illuminated,ventilated,comfortable,it is worth keeping in mind that the place has two stairs. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking,crockery,cutlery and utensils, large refrigerator.The living room has a 2 body armchair, large table,windows. The bedroom with a two-seater bed, comfortable mattress, clean sheets, large placares with spare bedding and good space to organize clothes and other personal items. The family was very friendly and live downstairs which also gave me security. T

My experience on this Airbnb was just amazing! The host was extremely welcoming and attentive, always available to answer my questions and make sure everything was perfect. The space was pristinely clean and beautifully decorated, offering a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. The location was excellent, allowing easy access to the region's main landmarks and restaurants. I recommend this place with my eyes closed and I will definitely return on a future visit!

Very good apartment, well ventilated and lit, very close to Porto da Barra beach (one of the best beaches in the world, but beware of the chair and umbrella vendors, negotiate and ask prices beforehand, including beers and caipirinhas). Excellent cost-benefit ratio.

The apartment is extremely cozy. The location is great, allowing you to access the best places on foot or by bike, available for rental at the condominium door. The view is really impactful. I'll be back soon.

Nice place, comfortable, spacious, good location. There are night clubs nearby, you can hear the music from the apartment.

Second time staying in the apartment. Quality utensils and the site is very cozy. The suggestion I give is to add a filter to the faucet of the sink, mainly because we live the experience of not being able to buy water because they did not deliver that holiday. Alessandra is wonderful, my 1 and a half year old daughter adored her. We will definitely return again to enjoy Barra da Window beach. Visit the site without fear of being happy.

Bruno's accommodation is wonderful! The view of the sea is priceless. The apartment is very well equipped, has towels, hair dryer, drinking water, air fryer and various kitchen utensils. The place is very safe and very quiet. It is close to good restaurants in the Rio Vermelho neighborhood and only 2 km from the famous Salvador lighthouse. There are Itaú bikes and scooters available near the apartment, as well as a bike path along the entire length of the waterfront. Great value for money and Bruno was an amazing host, very helpful and polite. We recommend it!

We stayed at Jadson's place and everything was great! My husband and I stayed in the bedroom, and my brothers in the living room (one on the sofa bed and the other on an extra mattress). The bathroom is inside the room, but that didn't bother me at all. And the house had a filter, which was great, because we didn't need to buy water! The location is excellent: in front of an Itaú bike and Jet scooter point (we arrived at Forte da Barra in 10 min!), with a beautiful view of Ondina. Close to everything: Fátima bakery (wonderful), Pizza Hut, Três Gordinhas bus stop, laundry 5 min (R$16.90) and several pharmacies. The building has a swimming pool until 10 pm and a small gym (I used it and found it functional, despite few machines). Practical, comfortable and very well located accommodation. I highly recommend it!

Excellent stay! Well located apartment, between Graça and Barra! The accommodation was super clean and organized, extremely comfortable, excellent bedding and towels, spacious rooms and full kitchen! José is an attentive and caring host!
