Quiet with ocean views, two pools, terrace.

A large apartment overlooking the ocean and pool, an excellent location in a tourist area very close to downtown Boca del Río and the most important shopping malls in Veracruz. Very easy access by public or private transport, a few steps from Boulevard Miguel Alemán. In the surrounding area, you can find a wide variety of typical food from the region, as well as franchises and restaurants of all kinds. Modern/luxurious apartment, (mini-suite type). Excellent location: just 2 blocks from the boulevard (beach), 1 block from Av. Martí (restaurants, cafes, boutiques, banks, pharmacy, OXXO) 5 minutes from the Aquarium, 12 minutes from downtown Veracruz, just 10 minutes from shopping centers, fully air-conditioned, with a minibar, coffee maker, microwave, living room with sofa bed and mini-dining room, bedroom with double bed and full bathroom, 2 televisions, clean sheets and towels.

The area is very quiet, with 24-hour surveillance. You can use the pool (closed on Tuesdays for maintenance) and there is parking, a washing machine, Wi-Fi, air conditioning in its 2 bedrooms, a kitchen and hot water.
