Loved the chalet the views amazing so peaceful loved the area love to cook so it was perfect every thing I need was there home os cozy and comfortable loved to wake up to the mountains views and those cows outside so beautiful perfect place to catch bus just in front of chalet and coop great place to buy groceries and bus station great services and easy access go other places like Bern Interlaken Frutigen love this place really recommend for couples or families

We had a great time with the family. The accommodation is outstanding and is something very special. There's nothing missing here. The view of Mont Blanc from the chalet, as well as the possibility of using the many hiking trails directly from the accommodation, are spectacular. Vincent is an excellent host. I am deliberately not saving on superlatives here. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We look forward to being Vincent's guest again in the future.

9.5/10 Review for Max Chalet Gimmelwald Max Chalet was perfect for our family of three—a fantastic base for a mountain getaway! Surroundings: Gimmelwald is stunning, with hiking right outside the door. We loved the Northface Trail and the easy gondola access to Mürren, Schilthorn, and the valley. Parking at Stechelberg was only $10/day. Entertainment: Hiking was our main activity—beautiful trails and mountain huts. Pension Gimmelwald and Mountain Hostel next door offer meals, drinks, and great pizza (8.5/10). Food: Dining options nearby, more in Mürren, and a grocery store for essentials to cook at Max. The House: Spacious, cozy, clean, with big windows framing epic views. Well-equipped kitchen, laundry room, and a great patio. Quiet at night (bring a fan for white noise). Floors creak but didn’t bother us. Host: Marianne was super responsive and helpful. Summary: We’d absolutely stay again—9.5/10! (We’ve never given a 10, so this is top marks from us!)

I can’t say enough nice things about Eric’s home! It is so close to the train station you can walk to / from with large luggage. The view is stunning, the house is pristine, and he has thought of absolutely everything and more than a guest would need. Everything is labeled and organized and I was impressed. He was so great to deal with and incredibly generous with his things (binoculars, chargers, phone, etc) I would say this is by far the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at.

5 stars - nothing to complain about. Great apartment, very well equipped, with a nice view. Acceptable distance to the ski lift (~300m). Absolutely recommended. Nice hostess. Anytime again.

We had a wonderful stay with our 2-year-old daughter. The tips Marc has collected on his Airbnb page are great. We have made 2 beautiful walks. Cottage is equipped with all comforts and wonderfully private. And then that view!!

We had an unforgettable stay at this beautiful home nestled at the bottom of the mountain in Lauterbrunnen. The views were absolutely breathtaking. Waking up each morning to waterfalls cascading down the cliffs and the sound of birds echoing through the valley felt like something out of a fairytale. The home itself was spotless and cozy. A Swiss charm! The kitchen was well-stocked, the beds were super comfortable. The location is ideal, peaceful and quiet, yet just a short walk from the train station and local shops. We loved hiking during the day and returning to this serene retreat in the evenings. Veronique was incredibly welcoming and responsive, offering great tips for exploring the area. We can’t recommend this place enough and would return in a heartbeat. If you’re looking for a magical escape in the heart of the Swiss Alps, this is it!

We had such a lovely stay, the chalet was beautiful, beyond our expectations with a very well equipped kitchen and lovely furniture. The views were breathtaking and was very close to town, and the funicular to go skiing. We had the family together and we all thoroughly enjoyed our time. Overall a lovely holiday had by all.

A great place for 2 families, or for a larger group, has everything you need and more! Fantastic views, peaceful surrounding and enough space to enjoy and relax. Nicole was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely recommend her place.

Everything was excellent except that there was no air conditioning in the apartment because during the period we lived there the weather was hot and the temperature was 30°

We had a great stay at this chalet. We were two couples with two children of just over a year old and were able to easily stay there for a week as it has all the necessary amenities (including a fixed cot). The living room is nice, very bright and offers panoramic views of the mountains. The sauna and outdoor hot tub (overlooking the mountains) were much appreciated!

Great great host and experience

Absolutely loved our stay here in the Swiss mountains. Could not ask for a more beautiful setting. While the road to the home is a touch narrow, the google maps directions took us directly there. I would recommend trying to get there in the daytime if possible, both for the views and the first time navigating the road. Once inside everything was pristine and perfectly decorated. The beds were comfortable and the space inviting with more than enough room for our family of 5 with older kids. Alexander was a kind and accommodating host with excellent communication and gave us some great recommendations on visiting Stockhorn (absolutely beautiful). If we are ever in the area again, we would not hesitate to stay with Alexander.

Fantastic stay in Saas-Fee. Chalet Adler is beautiful and provides a fantastic place to relax in the Alps. I would highly recommend and would happily go back!

We had a wonderful time at Melvin and Cristina's beautiful chalet. The house makes it easy to settle in quickly and has incredible lake and mountain views. We enjoyed the equipment with sauna and Jaccuzi and would recommend this place at any time.

The highlight was the incredible boat ride they arranged on the lake—gliding across the turquoise waters surrounded by mountains was a memory we’ll cherish forever. We can’t recommend this place highly enough—thank you for an extraordinary stay!

Gabriella supported me in bringing my luggage to the room and let me use her kitchen with all of the cooking tools (spoons, ingredients, fruits, pots, cookers,...) The house and the room were decorated so beautifully and she really has a good taste! Every corner of the house and the garden in front of the room are very beautiful. There is a forest behind the house and a big blue lake in front of it. It's about a 10-minute walk to the nearest bus stop, and from there we can go to the Interlaken station. However, there was a disadvantage of the house that it was on the hill, so I had to bring two 20"-bags to go up the house T^T I nearly died of that =))) Generally speaking, I love the house and the experience I had here.

Beautiful views over looking the lake and the mountains. The hike up to the place is totally worth it and Gerard was a star for bringing the quad bike and transporting the luggage up.

The stay in this fabulous chalet was just amazing. And we really enjoyed the relaxing sauna and fireplace evenings. The surrounding with the lake and the mountains is just stunning. The chalet itself is very well equipped with everything you need especially the kitchen. We totally recommend this chalet.

Absolutely beautiful studio in a lifetime memorable location. It was very easy to travel the area and return to the studio, all from public transit or walking. The bus station was four minutes easy walk from the studio will take you anywhere in the area. The clothes washer availability with soap, drying rack, and bed-mounted reading light were really helpful. We would absolutely stay again!

Very good stay in a small Savoyard mazot, very peaceful and beautiful environment with a magnificent view, beautiful walks nearby. Everything you need for 2 people, with small balcony and table in the garden. We recommend!

Definitely a place to stay on a vacation to Switzerland. Great views and great surrounding towns! The hosts were very responsive and informative.

Very beautiful environment, between the lake and a really beautiful massif. The chalet has a beautiful, large, very pleasant plot in good weather. As for the chalet itself, no surprise compared to the listing, except that the bedroom with the 2 single beds does not have a solid door. It is separated from the corridor by shutters, the frame being too narrow to install a door. It didn't bother us, but it surprised us.
