Stortjønnsstu is a traditional and charming cabin about 50 km from the center of Verdal, with car road all the way to the front and parking at the cabin. The cabin has electricity, but no water inland. We make sure water is available for our guests. The cabin is big and spacious. It is 70 sqm with combined kitchen and living room, two bedrooms and loft, and mulldo in the outhouse connected to the cabin with roof top. Bed linen and towels are provided. Large garden with seating areas outside, both in the garden, on terraces. Close to river and water for swimming and a large and varied hiking area both to the forest and to the mountains. Good skiing opportunities in the winter. There is also the possibility of salmon fishing, hunting and golfing.

Great mountain cabin, amazing winter, spring, summer and autumn! Great starting point for romping in the mountains. Opened 6 miles of ski tracks. Great terrain to go all year long. Child-friendly, nice hills to go in. A truly unique space, with gorgeous sunsets. Nice to swim in summer in Innsvatne.
