Beautiful, remote area! The house does have neighbors right next door that are always visible, so you are always seen when on patio deck or using jacuzzi (not too private). We didn't mind too much, but some people may care about lack of privacy. We would have liked to enjoy morning coffee on the deck, but neighbor ran a tractor and wood chopping saw next to the deck for hours each day, so it was impossible to use deck and enjoy any silence or nature sounds. Kitchen needs to have pots and pans that are compatible with with the induction stove. We did find one that worked, but the others were incompatible. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the region is gorgeous for nature lovers!

the house is very good, the outdoor area is wonderful. As for the hostess, she made us have a super pleasant stay, being very close and constantly caring. We hope to be able to repeat this 10/10 experience

We had a fantastic day in Esmeralda's house! It is a beautiful and well connected village: one hour from Vigo e moi perto de Paredes de Coura, Ponte de Lima ou Arcos de Valdevez. In the house, with traditional architecture, it is well restored moi. It's nice and comfortable, well decorated, with a good bathroom and all kinds of garments and utensils for cooking. Or pillow mattress and as pillows are comfortable and with bed roupa and towels are prefectas. Or Cardin and beautiful and has sun loungers, tables and cadeiras to enjoy outdoor tamén do. Esmeralda foi friendly and polite. We'll turn around for sure!

Silvio is gracious and friendly and the garden is beautiful. He left us fresh eggs one morning and we loved the hot tub. Definitely recommend Silvio’s place.

It has all kinds of utensils in the kitchen and other rooms of the house . Very comfortable. We visited Ribadavia with our pet who really enjoyed the huge plot of the house . Ribadavia is beautiful , a medieval corner worth visiting . Finally , our host , Victorio , attentive at all times for us to enjoy our holidays. A super host and their place highly recommended . The house with garden, chickens, cats and turkeys seemed like a little paradise to us. We enjoyed the pool incredibly charmingly and were able to cook deliciously with the equipment. It is incredibly green in the area and a swim in the river (Lima) was a wonderful experience. A good starting point to go to the mountains or to the coast, as well as sweet towns around and also not far from Porto. We can absolutely recommend the accommodation and were all totally satisfied. Enjoy the place and the time there, it's not difficult at all.

A Hidden Gem in Nature! We had an unforgettable stay at this stunning farmhouse! The setting is absolutely serene—surrounded by lush greenery and fresh air. The highlight for us was definitely the natural water tank. It felt like our own private spring-fed pool—so refreshing and peaceful, especially in the mornings. The farmhouse itself is beautifully maintained, combining rustic charm with modern comforts. The interiors were cozy and spotless, and the kitchen was well-equipped for cooking meals. Waking up to the sound of birds and sipping coffee on the porch while looking out over the landscape was pure magic. Our host was warm, welcoming, and very responsive, offering great local tips and ensuring we had everything we needed. If you’re looking to disconnect from the hustle and reconnect with nature, this place is a dream. We can’t wait to return!

The house already looked beautiful in photos but being there it was even more spectacular, dreamy, the hosts were super attentive and we felt very cared for.

É unha casa ideal para ir en parella. Ten todo o necesario para pasar unha boa estancia. Destaco a cama, que é especialmente cómoda para o meu gusto. A casa tamén estaba moi limpa. Antonio foi moi amable e atento, incluso deixándonos unha proba de licor café. Repetiríamos sen dúbida!

We spent a few beautiful days at Casa Lola. The tranquility and comfort we had was wonderful. Germán is a lovely person, always attentive to my needs. He shared very useful information about places and where to eat!

We've spent the weekend several friends and been upscale! A tasteful house, very well equipped, in the middle of nature, we loved it. The accommodation is a true rural gem, nestled in a tranquil and secluded setting, perfect for unwinding and immersing yourself in the beauty of nature. The house is very well equipped, with everything you need for a comfortable stay: a spacious bathroom, several rooms with double beds, air conditioning, heating, a dishwasher and even a barbecue area. The location is perfect if you are looking for peace and quiet, as it is close to the Miño river and surrounded by nature. Special mention for the hostess, who was charming: she contacted us in advance to give us all the details about the house, the area, excursions and activities. Their attention and kindness made the experience even more special. In short, a 10 out of 10. We would definitely repeat!

We had a great time at the house, it's beautiful, perfect for relaxing and unwinding in a fantastic setting. We had a lovely stay at Joana’s cottage. It is in a peaceful and private setting with great views, and yet handy for lots of different places to visit and things to do. We walked in the hills, went to the beach, and wandered around lovely small cities and little villages; all within easy reach. The cottage itself is really comfortable, super clean, has great amenities and tasteful decor. Would thoroughly recommend as a wonderful base for visiting a beautiful part of North Portugal.

Sonia and Fito are great hosts, they take care of the details to the fullest. They were always available to us at all times. They told us about routes and places to visit. They organized a very original visit to a winery in Vilacha, 100% recommended. The accommodation enjoys unparalleled peace and tranquility, in an incredible natural setting. We'll be back for sure

We chose the place by the house and then everything fitted us, the casita is located in a natural area in a small village, but the village of O Barco is about a 15 minute drive where you can find everything you need. Although on our date it was a little cold the house is well equipped to keep you comfortable and it is a pleasure to be able to enjoy the fireplace at this time., it was also decorated with Christmas motifs so it could not be more welcoming. Everything is taken care of in detail and the truth we felt very comfortable and enjoyed to the fullest all that it offers is an area of full nature. Débora was attentive at all times and made us a small route to orient us around the village, she is an excellent host!! We definitely hope to come back and recommend this special place for anyone who wants a little tranquility, rest and enjoy nature.
