There is a fiber network 200/200 mbit Smart TV with satellite dish. Electricity is settled separately at DKK 4 per kw. Water is charged at DKK 75 per m3 The cleaning fee goes to pool cleaning. We are happy to give tips for good walks, tell you where to pick oysters, (maybe) find amber or help in other ways. A nice newer family-friendly year-round cottage in the woods - 109 m2 + 45 m2 annex, outdoor jacuzzi, hot tub and sauna. There are terraces around the house, beach volleyball court and fire pit. There is a short distance to the sea and 10 minutes to delicious beaches in Øster Hurup and 5 minutes to shopping. The house sleeps 8-10 people. The house is equipped with fiber broadband and WiFi that covers the entire 3000 m2 natural plot. In July and August, check-in is on Saturday. There may be some insects at times.
