Quiet, narrow street with small houses in one of the city's oldest residential areas. Houses and gardens in the street are close together. Short distance to the city center, swimming areas and the historic area of Karl Johansvern. Walking distance to bus stop where you can take a bus to/from the city, or take a bus to/from Holmestrand train station.

This small charming house is located in the first row to the sea at Nesbrygga, which is located on Nøtterøy. The house is renovated and throughout a high standard. Lovely views of the strait both outside and inside, good sun conditions and amazing sunsets. (no sun guarantee even on the sun coast;) Swimming opportunities are available two minutes walk from the house, and otherwise there are several nice beaches nearby. This is a pleasant place with lots of charm and good atmosphere with all opportunities to create good holiday memories.

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun by the sea. Here it is far to the nearest neighbor and the large patio invites to play and fun for you and your family. There is also plenty of space inside so here it is possible for two families to spend time together. Bring your own boat or rent a boat here (with fishing equipment and water skiing). Boat place is nearby. 2 terrain electric bikes can also be rented. Interior interior is of older vintage, but clean, neat and in order. Nostalgic and charming.

Please note: In July, we require bookings for a minimum of one week (except for the Slottsfjell Festival days) In this house, up to several families can stay together (max 18 people). The house is child-friendly, has furnished terrace with pool and large garden with, among other things, sandbox and trampoline. The location is central, close to Tønsberg, beach, playground, hiking areas and shops. NB!️ • Check-in after 6 pm on weekdays outside holidays • Late check-out costs from NOK 1000.

Small house in central Sandefjord

Annex/small house with walking distance to the sea (750 meters) and Sandefjord city center (900 meters). The house contains a small bedroom with window and double bed 160cm. Living room with kitchenette and new bathroom with shower, bathtub and toilet. The living room has a sofa bed that can be used by two children. The lower floor is out of use when renting. Parking on the property is possible. The lawn in front of the annex can be used by the tenant. Pets are unfortunately not allowed.
