This small charming house is located in the first row to the sea at Nesbrygga, which is located on Nøtterøy. The house is renovated and throughout a high standard. Lovely views of the strait both outside and inside, good sun conditions and amazing sunsets. (no sun guarantee even on the sun coast;) Swimming opportunities are available two minutes walk from the house, and otherwise there are several nice beaches nearby. This is a pleasant place with lots of charm and good atmosphere with all opportunities to create good holiday memories.

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun by the sea. Here it is far to the nearest neighbor and the large patio invites to play and fun for you and your family. There is also plenty of space inside so here it is possible for two families to spend time together. Bring your own boat or rent a boat here (with fishing equipment and water skiing). Boat place is nearby. 2 terrain electric bikes can also be rented. Interior interior is of older vintage, but clean, neat and in order. Nostalgic and charming.

Outdoor parking for up to 4 cars. Short distance to bus and grocery store. A great starting point for exploring nice beaches as well as the wonderful archipelago around Nøtterøy and Tjøme. 5 km into Tønsberg city centre. Sports field, golf course etc in the immediate vicinity. A good place to hang out in the summer!
