Residence with private beach line and large outdoor area. Good sun conditions in summer with sun from early morning to approx. 8 pm in summer. With the possibility of renting a boat in the boathouse in the garden (20 ft and 60 hp trailer) with access to a slipway, kayak and paddle board. Perfect for summer activities. At the boathouse there is a jetty with a bathing ladder. The house has two bedrooms. Double bed in one and double bed with bunk in the other. The property is located 4 km from the center of Lyngdal. 3 km from Sørlandsbadet. 8 km from Handelsparken.

Facilities in the house: Child-friendly, Wi-Fi, SmartTV with BT soundbar Heat pump, fireplace (wood in the garage) Toilet, shower, dishwasher, Stove, coffee maker, fridge, freezer ++ Cleaning is done by you as the tenant. Must bring towels and bed linen yourself (1.50 double bed and 1.80 double bed). In summer, it is a good idea to bring your own drinking water due to well water. We drink from the fountain the rest of the year. You can boil the water if you are in doubt.

The guest house is recently renovated and delicately decorated with three double bedrooms, and offers most of the facilities you need during a stay. We are renting the brew house/firehouse on the farm with large lawn at their disposal. Here, children can play, kick football, etc. The house has kitchen, living room, sauna and first floor bathroom. In the second floor there are 2 bedrooms where there are room for 6 people total. The first bedroom has two twins. This bedroom has to go through to get to the other, which contains a double, and two single beds. The house is located in rural areas. Opportunities for many activities nearby !!

The home is located fenced under a large chestnut tree with its own garden. Private parking for 3 cars. It is 7-8 km to Fredrikstad or Sarpsborg city center. Bus to Fredrikstad 1-2 times an hour. The ground floor is approx. 115 m². Here there are two large bedrooms, kitchen, living room, laundry room and a nice newly renovated bathroom. 2nd floor has two bedrooms. Sleeping/dining area for 10 people. High chair and sprinkler bed for children can be provided on request.
