The apartment has everything you will need, and is in a great location.

We had a pleasant stay at the apartment. Check-in and out was easy. The unit is clean and the kitchen utensils are very clean and functional. We feltl very safe within the compound and the car is parked in a gated carpark. Most attractions all within 20 mins drive and a 6 mins drive to V&A like Woolworths and Victoria Wharf. The only issue is the noise from the port and sort of ventilator sound within the unit. Overall recommended if you are driving.

I had a wonderful stay, Michele is a great host, and I would definitely recommend! The apartment is very nice and neat, the location is perfect, and stunning view of the mountains.

A truly magnificent and memorable stay! A beautiful, clean place, incredible views in walking distance of the V&A Waterfront and all that that has to offer! Truly feels like you are in another world with the breathtaking views! The communication and assistance from both Blaine and Eugene were great!! The security was incredible! I had a wonderful stay at this apartment. Ultra modern and close to great restaurants. The only inconvenience was checking in and out - reception is far from the apartment and directions were not very clear. Otherwise, it was amazing!

What a superb spot! It was a short weekend getaway for us, but I could imagine basing oneself here for a while as the apartment, building, and location has absolutely everything you could possibly need. A very high end finish in the space with ample amenities provided for. The sunsets from the rooftop pool are unreal. Robert, the front of house security was an absolute legend, super friendly and took conscious note of who was staying in the building. We will be back!

My second time staying and it continues to be a high quality, modern apartment that is close to everything you need! Sensational balcony and all the appliances and amenities you would need. Also the location gives easy access to cafe’s, restaurants, groceries etc Jenny and Jade are great hosts and the whole stay was easy and fantastic! Highly recommend and look forward to staying again!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb hosted by Flaminia, Sebastian, and Danie. The neighbourhood is very safe and comfortable, making it easy to relax and enjoy the city. The place itself is very nice, exactly as described, with all the listed amenities in perfect working order. The hosts were fantastic — super helpful and very responsive whenever we had any questions. We stayed for almost a week and faced absolutely no issues. The location is excellent — centrally placed and just a short walk to the waterfront. There are some great restaurants and pubs literally at an arm’s reach, which made evenings very convenient and enjoyable. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting!

Fantastic location and apartment. This is my second time staying at one of Tim's places. Beautiful, modern, very clean, comfortable bed and furniture. This apartment has the wrap around balcony with breathtaking views of downtown Cape Town from the 30th floor, beautiful views of the World famous table mountain and Lions head mountain. Like l said to Tim when l checked out. See you again next year.

We loved our and stay and would highly recommend this to anyone wanting to enjoy a beautifully appointed apartment in a modern development in one of the lovely central neighbourhoods of Cape Town. The location is in the very center of the seapoint, 5 minutes walk to the embankment, there are many cafes nearby, 2 minutes walk to the grocery store. Very convenient location. In the evening, beautiful sunsets are visible from the window. The apartment has everything you need, there was no need for anything. The host is very hospitable, answered all questions very quickly. We had an amazing stay and would highly recommend this apartment! From the moment we arrived, everything was immaculate, and the host went above and beyond to ensure a fantastic experience. The views were absolutely breathtaking, with plenty of natural light filling the space. The apartment is located within a hotel, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making each day even more enjoyable. We truly had a wonderful time and can’t thank Kim and her team enough for such a brilliant experience in Cape Town!

The apartment exceeded our expectations. Even tho we booked the apartment in the evening of arrival, the host answered quickly and super friendly with all information needed. We absolutely enjoyed the (sadly just) two days we had there. Especially highlighting at this point the whirlpool with stunning view of the Table Mountain. Would definitely choose this for my next trip again.

Good location, safe, and close to restaurants and coffee shops. I could not get the hot tub to work.
