Apartment holiday rentals in Victoria Beach

First time in Dana Point and this was an amazing place to stay! Spacious place and two bedrooms were good. Location was awesome but just a bit of noise for one bedroom which faced the highway. Lots of amenities and George and Sam were great and really accommodating!

Great host. There was a minor problem and she took care of it promptly. Place was very clean and many towels and spare clean sheets.

Melissa’s cottage was exactly like the description and photos! So cute and so close to the beach and to downtown! The sauna was such an extra bonus. We used it everyday. Great place to stay and would definitely stay again!!!

Had an amazing stay! Our absolute favorite part was the location. Waking up and opening the double doors to the sound of the beach was so relaxing! Beds were comfy, even the pull out couch. Had a great host that was quick with replies. Provided us a pack-n-play for our baby when requested. It was so fun to sit outside with a drink and people-watch on the bike/walking path while watching the sunset. There were really no cons except the outside cushions on the couch were a little dirty, and then got soaked from the rain one day and took long to dry. Maybe changing it to a table like the unit next door would be better!! Also, the no-AC didn’t bother us, was cool outside in the mornings and nights. Also they provided a couple fans that were found in the closet. Other than that, everything was great & would 100% stay again:)

Great place. Immaculately clean and the views from the room were beautiful. Good location for all of the OC's offerings and attractions, very central and close to Disneyland and the beaches. Only issues were the building. Pool is unheated so a little cold for May, and two of the three elevators went down for several days. Otherwise, great stay!

Clean, tidy and well-maintained apartment with amazing skyline views, exactly as described! Perfect location on a relatively safe street in dt. Keys pickup process was a bit confusing but manageable. Highly recommended!

Dan & Britt are very gracious hosts! They were proactive in reaching out to us to make sure we were comfortable and were attentive to our needs throughout our stay. Their Airbnb was better than the photos and my family and I absolutely loved the views it offered as well as the neighborhood of Oceanside. The house itself was very spacious and clean. We had a chance to truly decompress for a couple of days! I would highly recommend a stay here and we plan on going back.

Really enjoyed this space! The apartment is in a really and old-timey feeling/historic building which was a surprise but definitely made it unique! Beautiful views and close to everything in Long Beach. Parking is free and close but about a 5 minute walk.

We absolutely loved, and would recommend Matthew's vacation rental. We have stayed in Oceanside several times for a quick get away and this lovely location is by far our favorite. We hope we will be able to return in the near future. A parking spot is right in front of the property, Matthew's check in and out instructions are clear and easy to follow, the location cannot be beat, with the ocean and private beach just steps away. The interior has everything you could possibly need, it was clean and well stocked. I personally appreciated the binoculars and decaf coffee. It was wonderful to sit outdoors and watch dolphins, seabirds, surfers, dogs happy to be on the beach, and relax to the sound of the waves. There are many great restaurants nearby, and plenty of activities and places to visit in and around town. The best part was the feeling of being in our own little private sanctuary. Thank you to Matthew for being a fantastic host!

I usually don’t leave reviews but had to take some time for this gem! I’m very picky about where I stay so wanted to share some thoughts…What a great little unit. Very clean and upscale looking. Entry area is away from neighbors which makes it super private. Quiet and cute neighborhood to go for walks and close to the beach too! Definitely staying here again!

Brandon was incredibly accommodating throughout our entire trip, and the experience was fantastic. Everything - from the kitchen and bathroom to the bedding was clean and comfortable. I would definitely love to stay at his place again.

Cozy space and great location about .5 mile walk to Huntington Beach and 1.5 mile walk to Huntington Beach pier. Perfect home for a weekend getaway with our 3 month old! Would love to stay again!

Maria’s home was fantastic. Location was perfect. The apartment was incredibly clean and equipped with everything you could need. The views were amazing! Check in was straightforward, we followed the instructions on the booking. Needed to make a brief call for Maria to verify but she picked up on the first ring. Also had a small issue with parking (not Maria’s fault at all!) and she was very responsive and dealt with it very quickly. All in all, our stay was wonderful. Thank you Maria!

My parents and I stayed here to visit my brother for his graduation. We’re so glad to have found this Airbnb - it is spacious with two beds and a large sofa/kitchen area. It is a private gated community, and very peaceful + private with great amenities (pool, gym) although we didn’t use them. Very close to Irvine Spectrum Center mall. Thank you Michelle for being a gracious host!

Kye’s place in Santa Ana was exactly what I needed for my stay. It was located just a few minutes from the airport which was important to me because I had to do several airport pickups and with the noise abatement that John Wayne Airport practices I did not hear a single plane noise! You would never know you were so close once inside! I loved the cute decor inside which gave the space great character and it was immaculately clean. I especially appreciated Kye’s thorough instructions for getting into the condo as I had to do so late at night, by myself, and it was made so clear and easy. I also feel like the space was even bigger in real life as compared to the photos and I hadn’t realized beforehand that it had two fold out cots in addition to the 3 actual beds (and I think cots are way better than a fold out couch!) which would make it a great option for a bigger family or friend group. I appreciate how responsive Kye was to any questions that I had.
