Comfortable, convenient 1 bedroom apartment recently refurbished and furnished to a very comfortable standard. You will find all of the finishes that that make you feel like your at home, all of the conveniences you are looking for on holiday. The train station is a short walk less than 200 meters. Located in a great area to easily explore Perth and dine out with great local cafes /coffee shops a short walk away. Happy to give you local tips as we are local to the area.

Absolutely Wonderful Stay! I had an amazing experience staying at this Airbnb. The house was exactly as described—clean, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked, the beds were cozy, and everything was well-maintained. It really felt like a home away from home. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, with easy access to restaurants. I had a great and comfortable stay at Natalie’s place. The location is excellent as it’s just a short walk to the famous Chu Bakery and beautiful Hyde Park, perfect for a morning run or a relaxing stroll. The home has a warm, welcoming feel that made it easy to settle in. Natalie is also very accommodating and friendly, which made the experience even better. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a cozy and convenient spot!

Humble & Cosy, in the Heart of East Vic Park

I spent the last three nights of my stay in Southwest Australia at Magnus and Aurelia's apartment. The apartment is in a prime location yet quiet, very clean, and generously furnished. I enjoyed sipping my morning coffee on the veranda and making plans for the day. The apartment includes free parking. Within walking distance, you'll find a fantastic selection of restaurants, bakeries, and cafes. A large supermarket is also within walking distance. The bus station on Shepperton Road is a five-minute walk away, and the bus takes you directly to the center of Perth. Communication was easy, and Magnus gave me useful tips on what to see. I would stay there again anytime.

Lilian is such a lovely and great host. The room that I rented is spacious enough for one person and very clean, and she provided little things like tissue, towel, and trash bin. It’s like your typical bedroom in your house. The best from it all is the value for money that you get and the superb location. All in all, I will definitely come back to this house if I am solo travelling to Perth again.
