A studio on the ground floor of my house

I welcome you to the ground floor of my house located in the heart of the historic district of Aubusson. This is a cozy 30 m2 home with kitchen and living room. The equipped kitchen overlooks a small private courtyard. The living room can accommodate 3 people, with a 140 double bed and a single bed, Wi-Fi and TV. The ground floor bathroom is private to the accommodation but is located outside the living room, only the toilet at the entrance of the house is shared.

Conveniently located 10 min from Lac des Bariousses, 15 min from Treignac and 30 min from Lake Vassivière; you can enjoy on site tennis activities, a walk in the forest or along the river at no extra cost. You can also fish on the pond.

At the bottom of a Creuse village is a small cottage named "L 'Orée des Prés" completely renovated, not overlooked, south of the Creuse, near the lakes of Vassivière and Lavaud - Gelade. You can spend a quiet family vacation near hiking trails, a pond and nautical pleasures.
