Loved everything about this place. So much so that it was hard to leave the room. Would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Great stay with great value! It was within walking distance to the beach and restaurants and ubers to Old San Juan and elsewhere were also super affordable! We did have issues with the shower being either too hot or too cold, but otherwise we enjoyed our stay!

Was a perfect place to stay in old town… Close to everything… Two nice bedrooms very comfortable little studio! Was perfect for my son and myself… Would highly recommend it! Would stay there again…

Great location and the place was great.

The apartment/penthouse was exactly as pictures shown. Check in was easy, near lots of great shops and food places. We truly had such an enjoyable experience with lots of room to wind down in the evening. Earplugs came in handy when you want to unplug from the noise. We will definitely will be back.

Lourdes’ loft is a lovely place to stay in OSJ! I loved that it’s central to all the main nightlife attractions (El Cafetín, La Factoría, El Ático) and anything else is in walking distance (restaurants, photo ops) . To get to any beaches, it’s also a short uber trip. This home is super nice, neat, welcoming and I truly felt comfortable. I would definitely come back because it suited all my needs.

Xiomara’s place is amazing. It’s very Puerto Rican from the structural and interior design to all available amenities. This place is situated right a the heart of old San Juan, every mayor attraction is at a walking distance which is an advantage if you want to maximize your time. The area is very safe and people are nice. We really liked to use the hammocks inside the living room and to play music with the sound bar in the kitchen.

This Airbnb was an incredible place to stay, offering a breathtaking view that made each moment unforgettable. The atmosphere was both safe and inviting, creating a cozy retreat where I felt completely at ease. I wholeheartedly give it a perfect ten out of ten recommendation! Everything I needed was conveniently located nearby, making my experience even more enjoyable. I truly loved every aspect of my stay here.

Love the place! Great location, great space, clean and modern. The AC was fantastic. Very private and peaceful. I used to live in Old San Juan and I know it can get noise at night, and here, didn’t hear anything. My kids said the sofa bed was so comfortable. Can’t wait to be back! Thank you!

My daughter and I had a girls trip to celebrate her high school graduation. Marta was a prompt host, the room was exactly as advertised, and the VIEW was top notch. The building itself from the outside is very unremarkable but the room was amazing! Excellent water pressure for the shower, cold AC, hot water. Excellent location to T-Mobile district and to the beaches. The best part was hearing the coqui . Well worth the price and WILL be booking with Marta again. We LOVED our booking with her.

I came here for a solo getaway and it was absolutely perfect. The views were both immaculate, day and night, and Rosemary’s place was exactly as described. It was clean, modern, comfortable, and beautiful. Will definitely be booking again!

Very nice place to stay

This place was perfect for us! It was very private, beautiful views of the city and ocean below, without the craziness of the city. My only suggestion would be to get softer pillows. The bed was very comfortable, but the pillows were very hard. Other than that, we will definitely be back🥰 Thank you, Carmen, for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Provided address, key code and WiFi prior to our arrival making it easy to request Uber from the airport and readily access our room upon arrival. 24/7 security and attendant at front desk. Historic fort site right across from our balcony. Nice beds. Nice shower. Great A/C. Conveniently located right upstairs of the pool. Walkable to 2 nearby beaches. Condado beach is a little further down Ashford Avenue yet still walkable. Snorkeling right in front of building with lots of tropical fish, starfish and turtles. Easy Uber access pick-up/drop-off steps away by the Caribe Hilton. Definitely a nice unit and wonderful stay. Thank you Wandy and Hernan for making us feel welcomed and checking in to be sure we were enjoying our stay.

Very cozy and peaceful. The jacuzzi was perfect to wind down at the end of the day and the bed was extremely comfortable. Hosts were quick to respond and attentive. Definitely recommend to stay here!

Loved it, second time staying.

This was our first time in Puerto Rico & Juan’s place did not disappoint! The place was even better than the photos, and the views were spectacular. I would 100% recommend booking this stay. Juan is very responsive and helpful. He was flexible with check in/out and overall the building was perfect for a 5 day stay.
