Dear future guests, Welcome to our beautiful duplex apartment! Please note that this was formerly our home. Simba and I lived here happily for a while and everything was custom-made, according to my tastes. Nestled a 15-minute walk to the city center and 5 minutes to the train station, this accommodation will hopefully offer you a truly remarkable experience for those looking for comfort, style and convenience. These rooms overlook a common area consisting of an equipped kitchen and a TV/Wi-Fi lounge In the surroundings you can visit the Cluny site of La Charité-Sur-Loire, browse the vineyards of Sancerrois and Pouilly Fumé, enjoy nature in the Bertranges forest.

Enjoy this charming cottage, located in a one-hectare property with swimming pool, tennis court and petanque court, near the wine regions of Sancerre and Pouilly, in the village of Bulcy. This small house has been completely renovated and is located next to our house, built on the remains of a castle of which three towers dating from the 11th and 15th centuries remain. The property is accessed through an electric gate, and parking is possible near the cottage.
