Gite de Rosaraie

Charming split level, open plan gite, converted from an old stone barn attached to the family fermette set amongst fields, hedgerows and trees. Wood burning stove heating.Located on a peaceful rural lane close to the local village. Wonderful forest walks in close proximity. All mod cons and plenty of car parking space. Light and airy. There are numerous places of interest in the area serving a wide variety of tastes, as well as plenty of routes to explore for ramblers, walkers and cyclists.

Our guests say they love... relaxing on the balcony overlooking their (saltwater, key-secured) pool, watching the sun rise and set, toasting marshmallows around the fire pit (spring, automn,winter) BBQs, basketball, ping-pong, and fast wifi. In June, pick cherries for homemade jam. There’s grassy space for sports, a semi-shaded courtyard, and colourful rooms with upcycled furniture by local artists. Nearby: castles, Futuroscope, and cozying up playing board games by the wood burner in winter.

Gîte with swimming pool in the green heart of France

Next to our farm is the small gîte on a dead end road. The old barn was transformed by us into a self-contained studio with all amenities (including solar panels) for a carefree holiday; open space with kitchen, seating area, queen size bed and bathroom. In front of the gîte is the covered private terrace with fencing, so that dogs can safely be released. In a separate piece of garden, there is the swimming pool, which our guests can use. Suitable for 2 people. Pets are welcome.

The Prairie cottage welcomes you in a green and tranquil setting. From the outset, nature takes back its rights. Here you can observe many wild animals.

Fully renovated cottage in former stables

Located 2 km from the village of Montlouis-sur-Loire, on the Loire bike path, the "Joly gîte" was completely restored in 2021. It will be the perfect base from which to discover Touraine, the Loire, its castles, and its vineyards. You will be 20 minutes from the historic center of Tours, 10 minutes from Amboise and 45 minutes from Beauval Zoo. The 125 m2 cottage sleeps 8. Outside, you will enjoy two southwest-facing terraces, a petanque court and a 600 m2.

La grange du Roy

La Grange du Roy is an old barn restored into a small house, located in a small hamlet south of Indre-et-Loire, close to a river (200 m), with a walled garden. Come and enjoy its garden and discover many must-see visits: - Chinon and its wines - Maillé and its museum - Richelieu - Azay-le-Rideau - Loches - The Futuroscope (55 minutes) - The Bodins shows (15 min) We are 10 minutes from the A 10 exit of Sainte Maure de Touraine.

Independent suite in renovated barn

This former 17th century barn, completely renovated in style, is located in a country setting, located just a 12-minute drive from the city center of Tours. Its access is independent of the owners' adjoining house. WITHOUT A KITCHEN, you will find the necessary comfort and can enjoy private parking, a relaxing garden area not overlooked and inside a fiber wifi connection. Suitable for tourism but also for business travel.

Ancienne grange entièrement rénovée. Grande chambre avec salle de bain à l'étage. Cuisine et coin salon au rez de chaussé. Située à l'ombre de deux grands tilleuls. Calme et sérénité assurés. La piscine est chauffée grâce à un volet solaire ce qui nous permet une température de baignade d’environ 30 degrés en pleine saison et d’environ 25 degrés en début et fin de saison ( début mai et fin septembre à début Octobre).
