Located 5 km from Poitiers (City of Romanesque Art), about 1 hour drive from Marais Poitevin and 1.5 hours from La Rochelle. Access to Poitiers Nord exit via the A10 highway. Poitiers-Biard Airport 5 KM / Poitiers city center station 9.5 km / Futuroscope station 16 km. Shops 3 km away.

Chalet Nature

Here is my cottage, in the heart of the Chinese vineyard and with the state forest in the back. This chalet will delight you with its calm and proximity to the chateaux of the Loire (Azay the curtain 10 minutes, and Chinon is 12 minutes away). Direct departure from the chalet for hiking in the forest and wine cellars! This 30 m2 cottage consists of a kitchen, bathroom, living room (with sofa bed) and a mezzanine with 1m90*1m40 mattress. Sheets are not provided. The entrance is done autonomously.

Located in the heights of Saint Benoît Bourg, 15 minutes by car from the city center and Poitiers train station, 25 minutes from Futuroscope and 10 minutes from the Bois de Saint-Pierre. In a garden, oriented without overlooking, high up overlooking the viaduct of Saint-Benoît, and nature. I lived there for 6 beautiful years, in 2 different gardens, and you will find all the amenities there. It is at the foot of a hiking trail. Beware for those who can't stand the noise: you can hear the train!

It is composed with 1 queen size bed, memory foam mattress, 1 couch, 1 TV, free Wifi, separate complete kitchen ( kettle, fridge, microwave, cooker, coffee maker, dishes), separate bathroom (hair dryer) with large bath and WC, wooden deck, swimming pool 8x5m (open from June to September). Breakfast and bath towels included. Private and secured parking, located at 10 min from Futuroscope Poitiers center city by car.

Laissez-vous bercer par les sons de la nature dans ce logement de 28m2, unique dans un cadre bucolique. Le château des 7 tours de Cheneché est plein de charme. Accès direct sur les chemins de randonnée en passant par le gué de la rivière. A proximité, Futuroscope et Aquascope à 15 min, lac de St Cyr 15 min, Forêt de Moulière. Un peu plus loin, la Venise verte, Center Parc. Un logement tout confort, indépendant, climatisé. Une grande terrasse en bois pour un petit déjeuner au soleil levant.

In the heart of a wooded park, ideal cottage to get into the countryside. Located in the heart of Loches near the Châteaux of the Loire Valley, Beauval Zoo and tourist attractions. The cottage includes a living room, kitchenette, bathroom, shower, toilet. Upstairs, a bedroom with a double bed overlooking the park and 2 single beds, a mezzanine with reading corner. TV, DVD, option to bring a USB key for movies or cartoons to plug into the TV. Possibility of connecting to Netflix, Canal+

Contemporary cottage for 1 to 4 people (2 adults max and 2 children max) located in a wooded area of 2 hectares, 10 minutes from Poitiers and the Futuroscope: the Domaine des Tilleuls. The cottage is 32 m2 and is ideal for a couple or couple with 1 or 2 children. 1 large 160 bed, 2 bunk beds of 90, private terrace (garden furniture). Fully equipped kitchenette. TV. Outdoor heated swimming pool open from mid-May to end of September. Shared Jacuzzi. Soccer field. Petanque. Trampoline.

Cabin in the heart of nature

Come and enjoy an atypical 25 m² cabin in the heart of nature. I built this quiet little cocoon that can accommodate one to three people (a 140 bed and a sofa bed). Guests can take advantage of the large wooden terrace and its beautiful sunsets. Our philosophy in the heart of nature and in line with it required the installation of dry toilets (external and attached to the accommodation). The Nordic bath is private and optional.

A space under the eaves on the mezzanine (access by ladder under your responsibility) can accommodate your children. Dare to have a unique experience! Atypical and warm accommodation in a quiet area, 5 minutes from Futuroscope! The Tiny House is a mini-house offering a minimalist but very functional living space. It is equipped with everything you need (combined microwave oven, fridge with freezer, induction hob, reversible air conditioning)... In the bathroom, you will find a shower, a sink and dry toilets.
