Holiday rentals with breakfast in Vietnam

The house by the bamboo forest in Tả Van is a place I always want to return to whenever I need rest and a reset. This season, the roses in the garden are in full bloom, and the village is incredibly beautiful the locals have started planting rice during the water-pouring season, turning the valley into a stunning mirror of the sky. The house is lovingly cared for by Sen and the housekeeper, and every morning, a chef comes over to prepare delicious meals. I truly enjoy staying here this is already my second time, and I’m sure I’ll bring my family back for another stay in the future.

We enjoyed our stay with Tri and Hung! The homestay is really comfortable, clean and decorated well. We really enjoyed the breakfast too which was included in the morning! Tri and Hung are great, friendly hosts too and will answer your questions. You can hire a motorbike too which we recommend to explore the area and the beautiful beaches.

Host is nice and responsible. Bed rooms, bath rooms and living rooms are clean and comfortable. Worth to stay with small group of friends. Recommended :-)

No words to explain how lovely this stay was. Dinh was the most amazing host. So thoughtful, caring and sweet. We accidentally booked a night less than we were meant too and she let us move into the other room she has available. She gave us advice for activities, her food at her restaurant was so good! Super helpful with other things like flexible check in, extra pillows etc and the place was better than we expected. Would have loved to stay here longer but would definitely come back

Her house was beautiful, everything was prepared, like the pictures, and breakfast and coffee are really good. She quickly recognized the tea we could ride on the move, and it was nice to have beer and drinks at home at a lower price than the market. If I come to Hoi An and Anbang Beach next time, I want to stay in her inner city again.

Hung was an amazing host, the location is central but a little away from everything busy. we had an amazing time!

Suitable for multiple people, Truc is very friendly and responds quickly The bathroom is clean, the shower has a large flow of water and plenty of hot water, and the large flow of water will accumulate water but will quickly recede. The bed has no odor, the room is neat and clean, and each air conditioner is super cool! Fully equipped, no problem cooking supper, and eggs and bread and water are provided. In the alley, it is quiet and safe at night, and it is very easy to call a car! The house is a bit old, but it is well maintained. Overall, it is a very good place to stay. Recommended!

We have just had a wonderful 8 day stay at Banyan Ocean Villa. Everything worked seamlessly, from booking, to airport pickup - and from the moment we arrived at the villa we were treated like royalty by Yen and the team. Nothing was too much trouble - breakfast everyday was wonderful, and the team were always available to offer local suggestions or advice. Communication with Jules and Matt was great as well, with them proactively offering suggestions and regularly checking in with us, which was appreciated. The location is wonderful - literally 30 seconds from the beach and being in An Bang rather than Hoi An was fab as a lot quieter (and still great restaurants) - but close enough to Grab into Hoi An. We would not hesitate to recommend and hope to go back one day - was a wonderful holiday.

The value for this place is insane. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat. Pros: - very communicative and friendly host - perfect location (coffee shop, gym, restaurants, beach, etc are all within a 3-5 minute walk) - extremely well priced (for monthly stay) Cons: - no shower towels/toiletries/etc. not having a towel was odd, but I went and purchased one down the street - it’s very easy for ants/moths to make their way into the apartment. I sprayed raid though and that took care of pretty much all issues And that’s about it! Overall the pros massively outweighed the cons. I definitely definitely recommend staying here

Well-maintained and clean apartment with two big rooms and living/dining areas, ample closet space, sizeable washrooms, and a very handy washer and dryer. Instructions for self check-in were clear and the process was easy. Host was very responsive to questions, even during night time. Nearby there is a cheap local eatery and a good spa place. Would be happy to stay again in future visits to Da Nang.

Great location, close to train street and a lot of shops. The street was relatively quiet with one big restaurant at the end of the street which was very convenient on our first night. Room was modern and clean. The Airbnb Host also organised an airport pick-up for us that was seamless. The accommodation also had a 24/7 concierge which was very helpful. 10/10 would stay there again.

Very cute, warm and clean place. Location is great as it is near the Old Town. Great host, San is very friendly, always responsive and supportive.

Very lovely stay at the apartment. Owner was quickly responsive any time I had questions or issues. Apartment was very comfortable with great views. Located right across from the beach and near large stores, lots of good restaurants. There's a small market right across the street for snacks, eggs, beverages, etc. Would recommend staying here.

Great location and convenient shopping life.Hosts are friendly and welcoming with complimentary drinks and snacks.The host proactively reached out to inform about items that were lost at check-out and assisted in returning.It was a wonderful stay and will come back again if the opportunity arises.

We had the most wonderful stay at Kim’s. After having a rather full on trip so far we wanted to relax at the beach but have the option to venture into town and Kim’s place was perfect for this. Kim also organised a snorkelling trip, airport pick up and drop off and our washing! She also cooked up a delightful breakfast every morning - really going above and beyond host duties we felt. If you’re looking for somewhere a little bit chill and but still close enough to Hoi An centre, walkable distance to the beach and multiple coffee and food eateries - this is a perfect place to relax!

Absolutely gorgeous place to stay! Perfect for a big group. Had bottled water delivered everyday to the house, which was wonderful. The host was attentive and house was kept clean and tidy throughout our stay!

A lovely property. More personal than a hotel but all the amenities and high quality responsive service. We were made very welcome and will stay again

Diem is a fantastic host. She has lots of recommendations and is always available if you need anything. The house is in a prime location - right on the beach and easy walking distance to some great restaurants, both on the beach and on the main road in An Bang. Getting into Old Town is a 15 min taxi which you can take from the end of the alleyway that leads to the house. The breakfast each morning was delicious and plentiful. I highly recommend staying here if you are planning on visiting Hoi An.

Great place to stay with a friendly team, a little far out but easily walkable if you want to stay someone out of the action

Volar de Faifo was a peaceful quiet haven, a short walk from the old town. The staff were very helpful in making a solo traveler feel at home. They booked tours, arranged an early breakfast before a morning tour, and arranged transport back to Danang. They recommended good quality tailors for my clothes. The buffet breakfast an absolute feast! I was privileged to stay there, thank you, Hilary

Lived our stay in the suit! Beautiful place and lovely vibe. The pool was cold which is exactly what we needed. Easy Grab to the hustle and bustle but nice to be out of the main busy area of Hoi An. Hien was so helpful with everything we needed and a lovely host. Thank you!

We did not stay here because of a last minute issue but they set us up with cosiana honestly and I can’t recommend that place enough. They gave us an itinerary with prices and suggestions along with included breakfast that was sooo yummy. They also held our stuff for us after checkout with no extra charge. Loved this place so much and glad we ended up with them!
