Encontra Wi-Fi no espaço comun do condomínio e estacionamento gratuito. A suíte tem ar condicionado, sala com sofá, frigorífico, chaleira, placa de fogão elétrica portátil (utensílios úteis à preparação de refeições leves, mas SEM COZINHA) casa de banho com duche, além de um terraço agradável para aproveitar o exterior.

The apartment is equipped with everything you need to be able to have a stress-free holiday. It is very close to the majestic beach of Ponta Preta, where 10 km of white and wild sand will captivate you with its beauty. In 15 minutes you can visit the small center, and everything is easily accessible on foot.
